I brought in a blanket that I bought to have embroidered. I absolutely recommend this shop. Excellent customer service, great work, very quick turn around time and outstanding prices. I will definitely return here for services in the future.

When i ordered my sons Letterman Jacket, we were given so many options it was awesome. The work was so clean and nice. I highly recommend this place. It was a long drive for me. But it was well worth it. Now my sons senior year will be more memorable.

Prices are not reasonable at all went in to get a quote on a 5 inch embroidery for a hoodie that I only needed the embroidery done on and the lady at the front said it would be $170 and $250 if I needed digitizing which is ridiculous wouldn’t recommend unless you want to pay crazy prices

I bought a mask from you and needed some questions answered so I called during business hours and never heard back again! This was two days ago and still nothing! Very horrible place to do business with I would not recommend to go this place at all for anything you're better off looking outside of the area maybe in Solano County the owner is rude and very unprofessional and does not know how to do stitching. Just like her name extreme stitch I've had to go to a different company to do some extreme work that she messed up.First off she argued about the shipping that I needed of two patches for my sons jacket we only discussed about regular mail sent to my home I need a number 52 in Vegas gold Chanel and a football patch that I sent her pictures and direct in a text in detail of the number 52 what I needed mind you I live in Vallejo so wasn't able to go up to her store and purchased them in person so I did it over the phone she said that she would send these items on a Thursday and I didn't get them till a week later. I had to call her and ask her twice where is the patches in the mail she was a unprofessional to where she could not have called me and say oh I have already mailed them out to you sorry it took so long my apologies.Over the phone I paid her $77 for these two items and when I did receive them in the mail a week later they were not the right color in the Chanel 52 and the football was extremely crooked and look cheap and unprofessional where amateur had made it.She argued Stating that she designed the football exactly to the picture I sent her but the picture I sent her was not a crooked football and cheap looking.I expected in her being a professional and having her business that she would know that that patch that she sent me was a complete disaster and extremely ugly to where you cannot use that on a letterman jacket that you're spending hundreds of dollars on.I wanted the patches before Thanksgiving so I can present this to my son so now I am a few weeks behind again I'll give it to him because of this lady of her unprofessionalism and her shitty work.It has been over a week and I have not heard from her and have not received a full refund that she said that she would send . I have text her numerous times and still no response from her.I repeat do not buy anything from her and depend on her for professional good quality work because you're not going to get it from this store and I did warn her that I will yelp if I do not receive my money back so she's had time to fix this issue. I Have pictures below to show what items I needed and to what she sent me in the mail which is truly disgusting. I am being charge $77 of a number 52 that she sent me in black where I text her and stated that I needed Vegas gold in Chanel and the football which is extremely crooked and ugly. Fortunately I found a place local around my area that I found out recently that has those items that I need in the color that I need and charging a price of $44 to have it done .Again please stay away from the store and look elsewhere because you will receive a shitty horrible unprofessional and rude work
