Had my cuckoo clock for months. Never answered the phone. Never communicated. Terrible service. Work on clock was barely acceptable. Then charged almost $200. Would not recommend this business to anyone ever.

Very good and accommodating, gave me very good deal on 2 of my antique watches that needed repaired and cleaned, good deals on purchases of 2 pocket watches.
I will definitely do more business with him.

I would give the owner of the shop no stars if I had the choice. Worst business service ever! They had out cuckoo clock for seven months and did nothing. We were told when we decided enough was enough and picked it up they were waiting for parts. OK that’s fine but when we called to find out how things were coming along, numerous times-and texted there was never any response to calls, text or messages left. I do not recommend this business at all. .

Came out for 15 minutes and basically told me "my clock wasn't worth fixing....that will be $155 for the service call...thank you very much." Nice guy, but seemed like a high fee.

The work performed on my clock was incorrect, sloppy and will cost me additional time and money to correct. After one week of notifying of the issue, they showed zero interest in making it right. They get a second star because they didn't loose all of the pieces, just a 1/4 of what they touched.

I can't comment on Nick's workmanship because he never touched my Seiko Divers watch in the month that he had it. I brought in my watch for some modifications, as well as the parts needed to perform them. He said to give him a couple weeks, and he'd call when done. Two weeks goes by, no calls. I decided to stop by the store to check on the progress, but the store was closed during normal business hours, on multiple different days that week. The business phone is a recorded message with a full mailbox that no one ever answers. Week 3, I stop by again and he's open! He says he's been really busy and will get it done tomorrow and will give me a call. A wait a week later, no calls! On day 31 I went back in, and he said he might be able to get to it next week. That was it! A whole month sitting in his shop untouched! I took my unrepaired watch and the parts back.DO NOT GIVE THIS CLOWN YOUR BUSINESS, unless you enjoy being lied to on a weekly basis.

Cheap watch battery replacement. Battery lasted for years. The owner also replaced a missing part on my wall clock for free.

My daughter brought two clocks in to be repaired--that have not consistently kept time in 4 years. Changing batteries was their fix. They did not ask or check that that worked. And it didn't. Not very technically competent.
