David is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic that I have ever dealt with. I've only purchased used, sometimes really used vehicles. This guy fixes things that most shops can't even diagnose. I'd give him 25 stars if possible.

I came here to get tires for my jeep. I was quoted and agreed to one size (285 75 17). Your staff took it upon themselves to put a completely different size tire (285 70 17) on and still charge me for the larger tire that I did not get. When I tried to rectify the issue. They would not honor what they originally told me. I spoke with David and he said I could come back the next day (Sunday) to rectify the issue. I arrived at 10am and David was not there. One of the employees called and he said he would be at the shop in 30 minutes. I am writing this review as I am sitting in the lobby waiting. It has been over an hour and he is still not here. This establishment does bad business and I plan to contact my bank to dispute the charge. I also plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Just had new tires installed 9/29/2023. What a disaster this place is! They asked me to help them with my tires. They chipped 3 of my powder coated wheels trying to get the tires on and left my headlights on and killed the battery. I called the owner to set up some type of restitution for my wheels and he’s ignored my calls. Buyer beware, your going to try and save a buck and end up spending more money and they won’t fix it. I would t waste my time at this place.

Good tires and repairs shop. Much cheaper than dealership shop for sure. Someone vandalized the store recently, I hope the cop got who did it.

METAL STEMS ,,, Thank you for switching to metal valve stems on 10 ply tires even though the old ones were rubber. At 10 ply it should be metal stems but most other shops would skimp and use rubber stems

I had a screw in my tire so I visited this tire shop to see if they could help me. I pulled up to the bay there was 3 men in the shop. 1 was working , and other two were just standing around. I walked up to the shop door and stated my issue, they just looked at me said something to owner, who then said, "what is issue"? I said again my issue. He. said, just a minute". I waited. Then up pulls up this chick and walks up to the shop . Then those same two men greet her and then walk to her car while she points at her tire, telling them "her issue". They point her to the empty car bay to have her drive her car into. Meanwhile, I am standing there like WTF?!. One of the men, looks at me, grins and then proceeds to help HER. I wait a few minutes while I pondered the situation, then quickly realized, that was complete bullshit. I got in my jeep and left . I believe I was discriminated and stereotyped by my looks.I have short hair, female and was wearing a ball cap. Meanwhile, the woman that pulled up was very feminine in appearance. Anyways , I ended up at Kings tire shop right down the street, and they're very friendly and assisted me right away.

Today I learned pretty much all tire places are closed on Sundays. I was desperately looking for a place to bring my car in to patch a leak from a nail rather than waiting till the next day and dealing with a flat tire and a tow truck. These guys were open! They were able to get my car in pretty immediately and patched it up in less than 5 minutes. They were friendly, took action quickly, no bs. Thank you!

Very helpful, needed some used tires to keep my car on the road until I can replace the shocks and struts, they were able to hook me up with 4 used tires for about the price of one new tire quoted by a particular tire chain I wont name here, and they were quick, was in and out in less than an hour.

On July 3, 2023 I went there to get two front tires for my 2011 Toyota Camry. In total I spent $160 upon leaving the shop. I noticed that my tire sensor light was on. When I asked about it and I was told it would go off after a few miles. I drove about 2 miles. It did not go off, so I drove back another 2 miles. It hadn't gone off. They told me after " checking" that everything was fine and the light should go off. Give it about 5 miles again. I said OK I left again and went to pick up dinner, about 4 miles I noticed it didn't go off so I began to drive back. When I got there, I was told the mechanic was gone and they were closing. He said to come back on Thursday, July 6. I was irritated by this, but what choice did I have? I hadn't even planned to come back because they were so dismissive the first time. However when I got into my car on Thursday when I hadn't drove it since the Monday I brought it to them my tires were low. They even felt low as I was driving so I decided to go back to the shop and ask them if they could check the tires and also fix my sensor because I didn't have this problem when I brought it. Someone air "checked" again. All the sensors were fine so I asked if it if all was fine, then the dash light should be able to go off and if they could make that happen because it was not on when I arrived there on Monday he told me he was afraid to touch the car because then if something else was wrong that I would want it for free or some thing. I made it clear that I wasn't asking for anything for free. I just wanted them to fix what was wrong because it wasn't wrong when I got there, I said this multiple times and multiple times he told me nothing was wrong. He told me that the tires were fine and that he will not touch my car for fear of messing something else up. I'm paraphrasing I'll write all of this to say I would not recommend going to the shop, especially as a woman, I feel railroaded. He broke a verbal contract with me about fixing whatever was wrong on Thursday. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but I don't expect much to come of that a total waste of money and a total waste of time.

I have taken a couple of my cars here in the past and it was ok, took my car in today paid 69 dollars 60 for used tire 9 for recycle fee to recycle my old tire, guy brought out a tire blew it up had a bubble , then said he had no other ones left in that size and tried to say it was ok with a bubble but if I wanted another tire I'll have to pay 60 more for a NEW tire. I got my refund luckily they put my old tire back on went to the next stop light to another tire spot, only 55 bucks and no recycle fee EJ has gone down a bad path

If I could give them 100 stars I would. They r awesome. Everytime I had a problem with one of my tires they were there to help.. I even showed up 5 minutes before they closed and they stayed open for a few minutes to help me. They r super funny and great customer service. Rehman and I think the other guys name is David, both super helpful with anything I need or questions that I had.. I recommend them totally.

I had been doing business with EJ Tires until recently Always was friendly and fair prices That changed when I needed a battery I arrived and they were busy After a half hour of waiting for a price and confusion by the guy looking in his catalogue over and over to what battery is needed for my care he gave me an estimate for a 3 year battery of 220 dollars Ok, I asked when can you install it Not today , and that price doesn't include installation . How much is that? Oh you know a lot of these cars are hard to reach and it may be a couple hours of installation charge I left , went a mile to Jiffy Lube 175 dollars for a comparable battery And a 20 year old kid changed the battery in 5 minutes with no extra charge Sorry EJ your employer failed you

Whatever you do, don't go to this tire shop! Less than a month ago, my dad took my car here and bought 2 used tires for $100. Yesterday, that tire was flat and wouldnt hold any air. I called and asked if we can get another one free of charge, he said yes as long as it's under 30 days since we bought the tire. We get to the shop and he says okay it'll be 60$. I go inside and talk to another man, I think he's the owner? He states that times are hard and the business is slow, and he has to still make money. I show him a picture of my dad and say that he paid 50$ for each tire, so he lowered the price to $50... I still think it should have been free because they sold me a fucked up tire to begin with and he says "well you bought a used tire what do you expect?" Used tires on my car have lasted up to a year, not 27 days. When he rang me up, I still ended up paying 58$ and he clarifys that those are other fees and he doesn't make a profit from those fees. The used tire that they put on looks like it's been patched up and has some sticky residue on the tire. I truly believe they seen I was a female and took the opportunity to finesse me because I don't know much about tires/cars/etc. These men are liars and shady as fuck. Go anywhere else but here!!!

The used tires price was fair and quality seems good, the reason why I am dissatisfied is they started penny pinching and charging for everything individually instead of the quoted price….it cost me $75 extra by the time it was said and done won’t be coming back nor refer anyone else …. There’s way to many other tire places within a few minutes to be like that
