I was able to get my car in quickly. They identified the issue and had my car up and running ASAP. They also followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the repairs. I will return to them should anything self need fixed on my car.

After experiencing problems with my vehicle cutting off intermittently while idling, and another repair facility not being able to replicate the issue over a 3 day period but then occurred again when I picked up and stopped 5 blocks from that facility, my neighbor highly recommended that I go to Duncan's Automotive on Auburn Blvd. He has always received great service on his vehicle at that business. I set an appointment with Victor and explained the issues with my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle after hours and received a text the next morning to call and go over the techs findings. My vehicle was repaired by that afternoon and I picked up before closing. The issue has not returned since my visit a month ago. The customer service was top notch! Victor explained everything in an understandable manner. The service was quick and thorough. I also received a follow up text on how my vehicle was running. Now I also highly recommend Duncan's Automotive. Thanks Victor and team!

Very good experience with Duncan's
automotive. I required a star station for my smog check this year and while there I saw they had windshield wipers and I remembered I had one that was bad so I bought them and the work was done quickly and I really appreciated their service.

Horrible place do not go there they quote you a price and then when you get there for your appointment, they double it do yourself a favor. Find another shop.
