Tried to get some balloons for a birthday. Stood in line for a while to get to a cashier. Asked to get some balloons blown up. Was given visible disgust and attitude. How dare I ask for a service that this store provides? How about hiring more people to help your customers? How about showing some kindness? Even if they said there was a wait, I would not mind. As I was leaving I could hear the cashier mutter under her breath, "I didn't want to do it anyway." I left without the balloons and without buying anything. Give me a break. Will never be back to this location.

Took a trip to our local Dollar 25 store to get a few items. Of course my son put more items in the basket than what we went there for. The lady at the register (can't remember her name) had great conversation, was efficient, and even complimented my cute little boy. Made his rough day he had at school end abruptly. On top of this beyond great experience, Dutch Bros is in the same parking lot so milkshake date it is!! 8/10 ✨ at this location!! Great job Dollar Tree Citrus Heights Staff.

I bought some items at this store on 1/24. One of the item was not included in the bag which is a small face roller massage in a small box. When I got home, i called the store and spoke to a very nice lady and told her the associate 's name was Veronica who served me and she spoke to someone and told me to come back as the manager will keep it.I didnt get the chance until today to claim it with my receipt around 10:40 am. I asked for the Manager and was told by Veronica that the manager is at lunch and to come back after 30 mins . She said if the item was on the receipt, it should have been in my bag. I told her im not going to lie for $1.25 and God is my witness. She then asked me to get one which I did but at the time I was thinking of just leaving the store and forget about it. But decided to do it because it's not the cost of the item but the principle. Didnt she think, she could have not included it in the bag? She's the one putting the items in the bag. I felt really insulted and humiliated for the first time in my life. She was not nice at all while talking to me. What would she have done to a homeless or dirty looking person then? Kick them out of the store?. .So SAD. Well, for $1.25, they've lost a customer. I will make sure to tell these to everyone I know.
