Lived here some years ago and it still lives in my brain as the worst management. They entered my dwelling for a pre move out and left all the lights, AC, stove and oven on. My dog was terrified and I had no notice. They said they posted it to the door 48 hours previous but I never saw it and left my unit daily. It should have been a call to schedule, an email then the paper document. I also left behind a couple of photos. Instead of calling me, the residing tenant, they called my mom and talked poorly about me.There was no safety precautions and limited staff.

I'm only there to help a friend 2 times a week and they tenants are super nice. I was able to meet one of the office staff and she seemed very nice also. My friend has nothing but good things to say about her. Place is kept up, pool is always clean and maintenance comes fairly fast when you put a service order, as well as polite.

They give mix signals to all applicants we get access to the rental portal we could move in dates we get amounts to move-in we’d leave deposits we pay credit check fees that we were told that were waived but they weren’t we get tons of emails welcoming us to the community then two days later we get a call sorry , after they’ve collected money from us. I should’ve read all the reviews below before even bothering to drive 45 minutes to apply. They have an office person who seems clueless who has no idea of how to process or receive applications we’ve gave all of our private and personal information to them and it was all a waste of time seems like they just wanted to collect the fees and then, once I got the money, they turned us down beware!

This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star, but I guess. Let me start off by saying the management doesn't give a straight up answer yes or no, there's got to be a pointless tangent and explanation, which is a waste of time. 2nd, they had told us the app fee was waived and turned around and said we have to pay it, and provide a $100 money order. Before even running anything across "the system" they use, the provided us with we move in statement, rent schedule, and access to the portal for the rent and other amenities. They gave us false hope and excitement THINKING we will be moving in, until they denied us. Just collected money from us. Another thing is that they told us rent would be $2,150 but on the false move in statement said $1,895, the consistency is not there with the management. Your gaureented a headache here, good luck.

From the time we dropped her application off we got Miss information we were told that her application fees will be waived they weren't we were told that well we need to do was leave a holding deposit. We did we got emails welcoming us to the community giving us our move-in amounts, move-in dates what they need of us when we move in once they got all our fees in our deposit they called us and tell us we are denied the front office staff seems very misinformed. I don't know if it's lack of communication or they just don't know what they're doing, but when I do return to the office, I'm hoping to get all of my monies back that I gave them.

Our cars were broken into 2 time, somebody tried to steal the CAT off my husband truck. We had rats in the laundry room. At one point they got in the apartment. Our rent keep increasing every time we had to renew our lease by at least $50. The maintenance guy was very nice and took care of everything in timely manner.

Management was horrendous for about 2 years... Now they seem to have people in there doing things by the book. But, there is a rodent problem. They deal with by "spraying" around the apartments. I had rat families behind my washer/dryer. The water will ruin your dishes and clog water filters. Might be a city issue, but I could drink my neighbors water... They put on a real good poker face during inspections. They will take your entire deposit and charge you heavily, upon move out - Regardless of how well you cleaned up/repaired. Be prepared to have twice what the deposit is. They will lead you to believe otherwise. We had move-in photos and repair invoices: none of it mattered.

RUN FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!! They have a serious rodent problem and looking back on their reviews which I should have considered before MOVING HERE this problem has been a recurring issue all the way back from 2016. They can change the management they can change the maintenance staff but until they get someone in that OFFICE that actual cares about the tenants and the hundreds of dollars they are spending with them to live comfortably they will continue to sweep this MAJOR ISSUE UNDER THE RUG!!! This COMPLEX NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN they are making all these staff changes but the problems here are just not going away. Emily the manager is aware of these issues and refuses to fix them after telling her that I would call code enforcement because she refuses to fix this recurring issue now I’m being threaten with an eviction!!!SOMEONE CALL KURT ALREADY!!!!

Rude and disrespectful management. Play games with rent checks so they can collect more fees. If you have dog hope it doesn't make a sound, because if it does they will tell to remove it in three days or be evicted. They put tons of notices doors threatening people with eviction for double parking and dumpster not being clean. The landlord is one of the rudest disrespectful individuals i have ever met. If my family could afford to move we would. Stay far away from this place.

Been here for 2 months. Great place to live if you enjoy the sounds of women screaming from domestic abuse, cockroaches, drywall falling off from rot, doors installed backwards, doors falling off the hinges from rot, plumbing not securely fastened. Oh or your vehicle being broken into. Fun fun.Maintenance is clearly top notch.
