Just got my smog done and it was a great experience. No line, straight to the point, quick service, cold waiting room, cold water, what else do you need? Oh and the price was very good! Definitely coming here again and recommending it to everyone.

I’ve been using Citrus Heights Smog once every two years for 6 years (3 times). Customer service has always been outstanding. In two years, I’ll go back to the same shop. I was in and out less than 20 minutes. No one was ahead of me.

Efficient and fast, Kevin is great! Found out quickly what was wrong and so I had the problem fixed and I passed smog test no problem. Nice and cool in the waiting area too.

On the car wash which is okay but when using cc or debit card transactions. Keep in mind you will be getting charged $10 dollars vs by the minute. Which I think is quite unusual when I only used it for a minute or so. However, getting overcharged is not good for business.
Update: the $10 charge does not happen in mins, it actually takes a day or two. Anywho, all in all. A good cleaning spot.

Owner is rude. I came here about 2 weeks ago and my car failed smog so he told me I can come for retest. When I got here he needed the receipt to do the retest. I can show him proof that it's paid through my bank but he stdidn't care. Went home and brought the receipt. Overall just a rude person. I didn't even mind going home to get the receipt. Won't be back here.
