Terrible service. They said one week and now they say 2-3 weeks more for simple tune up. I purchased my mower from this store but the service has been horrible. Stay away from this business as they do not deliver.

Relocated from So Cal 2 yrs ago and needed a good place to have my yard equipment repaired and serviced,I have also purchased new equipment here,this is a great place,all the guys are friendly and everything I have had repaired worked perfect,this is my go to place,only small downside is its always busy,sometimes you have to wait for a few minutes,wouldn't go anywhere else ?

Just picked my mower up and got it to the house. Started easily on the first pull. The two guys who helped me — one guy when I dropped it off and a different guy when I just got it — were friendly, answered my questions, and helped me get the mower out of and into my van. I really appreciate that help.
They always have lots of customers. Everyone knows this is the place to go!

I called and asked how long for a service on a just under one-year old Honda lawnmower. I just wanted to get the oil changed per Honda’s owner’s manual. I figured if I was having that done I should get the blade sharpened, filters changed, the basic tune-up. The guy said 4 or 5 days since it was running and didn’t need any repairs. I brought it in the next day. The guy writing me up said 3 weeks! When I told him what I was told over the phone the day before, he wrote it up to be done in one week. That was two days ago; they still haven’t even started working on my lawnmower!! They just don’t care because they don’t have much competition and have more than enough business. It’s too bad they don’t care about a homeowner who needs to mow the yard and will have a jungle by the time they return the lawnmower. Why not accept appointments? It doesn’t matter the quality of the work the mechanics do if you can’t ever get your equipment repaired.

They are not servicing Craftsman equipment, like wood cheapers!!

This shop has been hear for years and I've been coming hears for over 20 years they have just about any part you need for your weed eater ....lawn mower.. Chainsaw.. blower weather your a DIY person or you need them to fix it for you they can handle it they also have a large selection of lawn and garden equipment the guys behind the counter are very knowledgeable and friendly so stop by if you need a great shop that will take care of you..

I went in to ask if they could help me fit some fuel lines for my goped got it done in 5 minutes everyone was super friendly. If you need to repair anything or buy anything go here.

Brought in my BCS 853 two wheel tractor for some warranty work a few months ago. Some of the folks here were a bit brusque, maybe because I was a homeowner (they seem to cater to contractors mostly), they seemed super busy, and I had bought the machine from a different dealer. But they got the work done right and they were responsive, so I really can’t complain too much. That’s definitely to their credit since a small brand like BCS is probably far down on the list of brands that they specialize in; they replaced the clutch, which is deep inside the machine, and I haven’t had to bring anything back to them. Drop off and pick up all went smoothly.
