Worst bank ever . Was told by wealth management I need 30k more, short of 200k to go into there portfolio. Guess working class gets left out while these ppl chase the Barrons around. Also took 2 weeks to open a self directed account which I am still waiting. Run from this bank.

I went to this branch to cash a check that was given to me from a Citibank account holder. The check was good with ample money in this account, and all identity verification was achieved. However, this branch refused to cash this check, and the customer service and attitude I received was abysmal. I noticed that this bank has very few branches wherein a person can actually walk into the bank, and after my experience with their customer service, I think this may be a good thing. Overall, I had a terrible experience, and as such, I would never consider opening a Citibank account.

I've always been able to get free checking (for the last 20+ years) reasonably -- one deposit and one bill pay each month. Now they require a very large average balance. I will be closing my account.

Went around lunch time and wasn't terribly busy at all. Went to ask about currency exchange and the lady at the xku counter helped us. Very polite and patient. Even offered us something about a new credit card. All in all, great experience and great customer service.

After reading some comments here I was reluctant to go to this branch. However my experience was nothing less than awesome. Thank you Tatiana for an amazing and welcoming experience. She also helped me with other questions not related to Citi Bank, I was confused on where to write information about my account on cashiers check that I needed to take to other banks.

Citibank is great to bank with but if you want to use their app, it is the worst. It is out like every other day. It is ridiculous. It's really sad and today's world of all the technology that they cannot seem to get it together and this is not a recent it's been going on for a really long time like a couple of years. I bet I hear from no one on this time.

Horrible. Got sarcastically lectured by Michelle about how deposits work. I can not even talk nor answer properly even if I know, being a retired banker, what she is talking about. Citibank NY wasn’t like this. After her loud and aggressive lecturing I just said thank you and hung up on her. I’m in the process of transferring all recurring payments and deposits to another bank with several local branches. Closing savings, checking, IRA and even credit cards issued by them.

Horrible Branch to deal with. There is no other Citibank close to where I live so I have to drive 40 minutes just to make a large deposit. Prepare to get lectured sarcastically by a staff if things won't work out fine. Very defensive and aggressive. After being a customer for decades, I am saying goodbye to them - direct deposits, savings and checking, even Credit cards issued by them.

Just find out they won’t take cash for their own credit card payment. Apparently I miss the message they sent out a few months ago. I had to go to my other bank to get money order to make a payment. Very idiotic idea of Citi. Who knew a bank wouldn’t take cash, isn’t that the purpose of banks? I was lucky my other bank give 3 free money order per month. Thanks for wasting my time Citi.

Manager Lady refused to cash my check which is a CITI bank check. I find it odd that she used a lame excuse saying the check needs approval code. It’s a check from work a corporate world wide company that works with citi very strange and unprofessional.
