“They do deserve 5 stars for the online portion. The store is really full. It makes it hard to find things. I imagine it is the shoppers disrespect that causes the store to look so messy. However the staff are always super friendly. Manager Sergio was so helpful with the items I was unable to find or were out of stock.”

“Photographer Zen was amazing, he was patient with my wild children and took the time to get great pics. We’ve had other JCPenney photographers rush and not care - he was the complete opposite! He worked with our family to pose us for multiple shots and basically worked miracles with my crazy kids. Thank you Zen for making our Christmas Cards perfect!”

“I've been coming to this location for over 7 years now and out of the 3 I've been to, this one is by far my favorite. They pretty much always have whatever I'm looking for, and most everything is in really great condition. Prices seem really fair to me - of course the name brand items are a little more expensive but again, it seems fair to me - this is a business after all lol. Oh! This location also offers military discount which I really appreciate!As for selling, I've done it a few times now, and it really just depends what they're in need of, and whether you bring items in that are really worn (holes, dirty, wrinkled like crazy, etc.) and again, because this is a business and they need to make a profit, you're not gonna get as much as you would selling stuff on your own, but it's definitely faster than selling everything yourself!”
