I needed to use the atm and the drive thru atm is down. I walk up to the door during after hours and you have to use your debit card to unlock the door. However, my debit card was not working for the door and tap as well. I had to go to five atms near by until one finally worked. Fix your atm availability please!

Randomly closes atms. I don't mind Chase in general as a bank, they have been a quality bank that I've never had problems with regarding accounts. That being said the number of closed banks was annoying already, for the open banks to close their ATMs is extremely frustrating
