Inside service has always been nice.Outside ATM works only sometimes, drive through ATM when drove through did not work either. They need to upgrade their old and slow ATM's.

Here's an update from last week.03/18/2023I walk into the bank and thankfully got help this time from the same nice lady who usually helps me. As I walk up to her window, I see Mandy look up at me and she dogs me as I'm walking up to the window. She quickly looks over at the nice teller who usually helps me and points quickly at me, signaling to her (As though she is trying to tell her, look its her). I just acted like I didn't see her do that. I am hoping that someone from upper management will at LEAST give her an education in customer service or anger management skills class.Last week:Avoid going to the girl at the 2nd window Mandy when entering the bank from Sunrise. She is the MOST rudest bank teller I have EVER been waited on by. Dont worry Mandy I won't spill all you actually said to me here.

Local business owner. I try to deposit my night drops and they tell me no, and I have to use their night drop box. This is the only location like this, and this was after I had been depositing them with a teller for a full year, now they’re all of a sudden not able to do it. Have you ever heard of a bank saying “no, you can’t deposit your money with a teller”?

Excellent customer service in this branch. This was the nearest Chase location available for an appointment that day. It was urgent for me to have a bank account, which is needed for my job. James Wilson was very professional, friendly and detailed about the process. I already had my requirements ready so it was even better.

Last time I lived in the area,all chase banks were open till 6 on Fridays...now it's 5,found out the hard way.At least the one guy is polite and considerate of older customers,this site used to be Home Savings,that's how far back I go.
