My sister normally comes here to get our dad cigars for just about every occasion, but today it was my job. I went in for a Fathers Day gift. The proprietor was very welcoming and helpful. He had great suggestions and made my job easy. The other customers were great and its just got a good vibe.

Stellar experience with Casillas Cigars for my husband's 40th birthday celebration. From the excellent customer service during booking, to Pierre and Eddie interacting with guests during our party, we couldn't ask for a better service. While we are not avid cigar smokers, trying out different cigars, and learning about the process from Pierre and Eddie was awesome. The onsite rolling added an exciting element to our Havana Nights themed party. I highly recommend their team for anyone looking to add a little sophistication and luxury to their event.

I love this place! We walked in to 7 or 8 men sitting in comfort, talking and smoking. The proprietor greeted us immediately and took us into the cigar room and knew immediately what my son and I would enjoy. The ambience of the place is amazing. I wish I lived closer, this would be my new hangout spot!

Really nice atmosphere. You're able to chill in the lobby, the people working there are very helpful for first timers. They handmake the cigars themselves, and are very happy to tell you about the kinds of cigars they have and how to enjoy them.

I absolutely love this place! I've been here many times to pick up cigars for others. The guys are always super friendly and helpful! They are patient and knowledgeable! You'll most likely see the owner or his dad when you visit! ?

Walked in and was immediately greeted. Didnt try to over sell me, helpful and in and out quick for the holiday shopping. I live 25 mins away and will continue to come here.

If you want real cigars, not those "name brand" rolls, then this is the place! The guy has these top tier cigars which are he rolls himself, dipped in cognac, and then he sets them in jars, which you can pick up for just $10. The smell when you open that lid is absolutely amazing, highly recommend
