Absolutely love this place. I have been taking my daughter here for the past year, and look forward to taking her to do something she loves. The atmosphere is great, the coaches are so welcoming, and Coach T literally eat, sleeps, breathes everything Byers. I have recommended two of our family friends to join the fun, and they also enjoy being a part of the Byers Family. I'm thankful my daughter has so many role models under one roof. Can't wait to see what the future holds for my daughter here at Byers.

Beyond great! I LOVE this facility! My daughter has been going here since she was a year old and she has bonded with so many of the coaches there! Ms. T is literally the best and so involved. She's fun but fair and I truly admire her as my daughters coach! Highly recommend!

I had to do an emergency disenroll of my daughter from her Kindergym class when one of the staff members who was helping out in the class said to my 5 year old child, who is very lovely, extroverted, and 5 years old, " come her my little A.D.D baby." My blood was boiling when I heard it, but I kept my composure to not tell her off right then and there and pull my daughter immediately out of active class and disrupt everything. I could not believe this came out a grown woman's mouth! No one jokes around with a child using dysfunctions or disorders as a nickname. My child does not have ADD, sees a pediatrician regularly and has never even been diagnosed or elhas there and ger even been a concern that she has ADD. Furthermore, my child was the only Black child in the whole class. How embarrassing is that! She should be ashamed of herself. When I called and left a voicemail to the center, and left an email, know one gave me a call back or email. I had to call twice. When I spoke to the owner about what would be done about this, she said she will talk to the staff member. Just talk to her?! There was no attempt at an apology, not follow up. They asked if I wanted to move my child to another class at another time. That was all. This is not the way to treat little Black children who already have odds stacked way against them. I always felt that this staff member was more harsh to my child out of all the others when trying to redirect. She immediately would threaten her with a time out or sitting out of the class. Not to mention, in the class there was a child who had clearly been diagnosed with a behavioral disorder and the only way he could be in class is if a second teacher helped to monitor him and redirect him quickly. How would that mother feel if this staff member said to her son, " come here my little behaviorally challenged boy, or dysfunctional child!" She would never dare, but since my child is Black and obviously just more lively than the other kids, she felt it completely fine and appropriate to name call my child in this way! Something is wrong with the woman if she thinks this was alright. She obviously needs to not be handling small children. I cancelled my vouchers and told them we will never be back. Not to mention, this gym has a cleanliness issue and a safety issue. It always has a dingy smell, and the back of the gym always has old broken down equipment that is like a trip hazard to the kids. Once, my child fell through an opening space in the trampoline that was supposed to be covered up. She almost slipped all the way through and fell to the bottom underneath the whole structure. Tennis returned another time I saw that no one ever even covered that hole up from the last time, so I brought it to their attention again. It's really a shame that a place that services children would be so dirty and present safety hazards in this way.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The parents are down to earth, Stacy at the front was very informative (and nice even though we were late.) My daughter loved the Kindergym class, and the teacher seemed like she was focused but flexible with all the kiddos. I signed her up without a second thought because it just felt right.

It's a good facility with respect to the equipment and environment. The coaches are decent; however, no one regulates when parents bring in their ill children.Updated:The parents were openly speaking to each other about how sick their children were.

This place is great when it's great, but you have to get a good teacher, which you mostly do. Too much turn around on teachers, and we lost some great ones, but I suppose it can't be helped. Our kid loves it!

BEWARE OF SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I would NOT recommend this business to anyone!. There is no structure or any hands on training in this toddler class, TODDLERS are all over the place. After contacting them regarding sick toddlers being able to remain in class, I was advised they have NO guidelines for children that are sick with runny noses, illnesses and coughing toddlers in class. They allow toddlers with runny noses and coughing on mats. They also do not have guidelines for screaming crying toddlers that do not want to participate, which is so disruptive to the class. I contacted the establishment twice concerned about Ill children attending and the no hands on training, along with advising them that toddler music should be playing during the class and not old school music . They said they could not ask parents to take there sick children home and return when they were healthy. Upon cancelling this class, after only attending two classes with all my complaints this was their response. Perhaps a visit from the health department might open their neglective eyes. Or hopefully after reading this review they will clean up their act We are sorry that this has been your experience. Each student has the opportunity to get one-on-one instructions from their Coach, although not as often since there are other children in the class. The 30-day drop policy is quite strict so we unfortunately cannot waive the tuition for the last 30 days.

If you say you are raising the monthly fee to cover:cost of goods - then the price should be reflected in the goods that you sell. Not the cost of using the service.Wages - I hope you gave your staff raises. Again, if you work there, demand to be paid what you are worth. The facilities - Usually you are in a multi-year lease when it comes to commercial rent, so I doubt the rent all of a sudden increased above what was stated in the lease. I believe, you, like many businesses, are simply raising your prices and blaming it on inflation.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. They are all about the money! You can find better gyms to go to. Beware!

As a mother it was important to take my daughter to a place that focused on teaching and the happiness of the kids. This place is focused on one thing only and its the money. The owner is unprofessional and that explains the staff she hires. No one cares about the kids having fun and learning, its all about collecting money and raising fees.

Two of the coaches I've dealt with are good, but that is the only good thing about this place. All they care about is money. I enrolled my 3 yr old in a Tot class. After a few weeks there were 7 kids in the class...a TOT class...with one teacher. The class is insane, half of the kids don't listen and just run around doing whatever they want and the coach spends most of his time trying to get them to listen, it's so frustrating. The good kids that listen get ignored. I complained to the front desk and she said "its just because they're new, it will calm down in a couple weeks", but of course nothing has changed. It's infuriating because I'm paying a ton of money to watch my kid walk around in circles and jump on a trampoline for 5 mins. I would not recommend this place at all.

My kid has been attending this gym for the past 5 years. Had always enjoyed their time there. All the coaches have been attentive, knowledgeable and kind. But sadly ever since the new director took over, its all gone down hill. There are multiple parents that wont speak up out of fear their child will be removed from the gym/team. Anytime a paying parent tries to communicate with Cassie, she's defensive and demeaning. Do not bring your child to this hostile environment. There has been other kids who have dropped the class due to discriminations and bullying. At first, i did not see it until i started to pay closer attention. If you do bring you child to this place, do not leave them alone and keep a close eye on them as the coaches are either talking to each other or on their phones. As of right now, multiple of the parents on the team are looking to jump ship as soon as other teams open up. I was hoping whole heartedly the situation would change or at improve. But it just got worse and worse.
