I recently visited the Burlington Coat Factory in a neighborhood that may not be considered the most desirable due to the presence of homeless individuals around the shop front. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised by the store's organization and well-stocked inventory. The staff maintained a commendable level of professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While the external environment could be a concern, the store's commitment to cleanliness and ample merchandise earns it a solid four stars in my book.

The store is a complete mess. Manager just standing around chatting with other employees. The doors don't open correctly like maybe it's time to call maintenance

I was at this store shopping for some clothes and fall decor.... And just like the others I too was followed around by LP for absolutely NO reason. And by the time I got to the registers, they were waiting by the store to see if I would try to run out or something? Idk, the employees here are weird. And being that it was my first time at this location, I didn't know you're not supposed to bring the cart outside to your car. And just before I can walk out he yells that I can't bring the cart out and runs up to me and pulls the cart away. This is absolutely unacceptable and I can't wait to bring this up to management. I literally was just shopping. The LP here think they're such big shots following around a middle aged hispanic woman. Wait till I file a complaint for discrimination, I hope you don't continue to do this to others. Chill bro, it's just Burlington. Never coming back here.

They don't answer the phone .. I've been trying to reach them for months now . I'm literally about to go in the store soon , call them just to see what exactly happens when they receive a call because this is unacceptable

Tonight I've called this Burlington over 30 times in the last hour and the phone just rings and rings and someone then picks it up and hang the phone up. I have my phone records to prove it. Whoever is managing tonight needs to be reprimanded for this.

They have no fitting rooms open. Who can buy things and not try them on? The stores to the left and right of them (Khol's and Ross) have fitting rooms. No problem. Also not a good shoe or bag selection at all.

I've found a lot of cool stuff here over the years. My white and black paisley shower curtain that I have up right now is from Burlington.I came in the other day, and ended up looking around the whole entire store. The whole building kind of smelled like wet dog.Where there used to be jewelry, now there are just lots of empty racks. I'm not sure if they're doing a re-model or what, but there was a ton of empty space.They had a few cute bags, but nowhere near as many as they used to.Upstairs, it was the same way-- a few cute things, but not much selection. I saw a really cute bicycle planter for like $30 that I thought about getting, but didn't get, so, if anyone is looking for one...Downstairs, I found lots of cute clothes that I wanted to try on, but, the fitting rooms were still closed and roped off. I ended up trying the jackets on in front of the mirrors, and found one that I liked, and bought it. I was disappointed I couldn't try on any of the pants, though, and ended up just putting them back.Overall, I've been pretty satisfied with all of the unique items I've found here over the years, but the selection seems to have gone downhill lately.

I have lived in this area a few years now and Burlington is on my way home from work. I also was in the process of re-doing an area in my house and looking for a chair or stool to use for my homework/crafting desk.I never knew this place was 2 stories until I walked in. That means all kinds of bargins in one place. I walked out with a new backpack purse and the stool for my desk as I aimed to get. Walked away paying a decent price for all.
