I came here today unhappy about my present phone dying on me and having to purchase a new phone, right after paying it off. The young man Axel was very professional, very knowledgeable and very patient. By far the best customer service that I can remember. The other Boost store worker could really learn a few things from Axel. He was so good that I’m see if I can tip him.

It is dangerous to buy in this store because the accounts are opened under other names make sure that your account is under boost mobil because then they cannot cancel because it is under another company. And the cell phones are blocked and you cannot use it in another company the lacken say that for one anus
