“Helpful honest people. Love this store have bought about 8 bikes and countless parts through these guys. They've taken the time to fit the little ones for race bikes, and have always gone above and beyond.”

“Great guys here. They have been helping me with the troubles I encounter on my daily commute for years now. Just stopped in after a long while without any issues for a problem with my brakes and they took care of it in just a few minutes.”

“The family that owns California eBikes exceeded my expectations by a mile. The owners helped me pick the best bike for my needs and didn’t rush at all. They let me test ride anything in the store and thoroughly explained the functions of every item. They truly went above and beyond, even installing some extra things on my bike for me. I would absolutely recommend anyone come to their store for an awesome experience.”

“I called and they got me in immediately on a Saturday to fix a rear flat tire on my mountain bike. I brought my bike into another shop 3 times to only repeatly get flat tires within minutes of riding. Trek Bicycle made some adjustments and I'm no longer getting flats tires. Thanks for the solid work I'll be back!”

“Great bike shop to deal with. I ordered a Pivot demo bike from Pivot and had it shipped to The Biker Bar. They built it and set it up the way I wanted. Super friendly guys. Definitely the opposite of Mike’s! Just Sayin’!”

“We just purchased purchased theecat expedition. If Mickey hadn’t given us his expert advice we would have purchased an incompatible trike and would have been miserable. The customer service is amazing and honest even if it’s contrary to what we thought we wanted. Thank goodness we listened! Going to be so happy with our purchase. Can’t wait for it to get here.”

“My husband and I take all our bikes to Mikes bikes to get them serviced and any other fine tuning. The great thing about them is their whole staff. Very knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer, they find it. Eddie has been working with us for a few years, he truly is the best at seeking out what you will need to get the best ride in! We have been very satisfied and happy to know our bikes are in optimal condition when we go out for rides. Thank you Mike's Bike's Roseville :)Post My Review on Google”

“I can't say enough about the absolutely amazing customer service this business brings to our local market.. yet again the driving reason to buy locally from a long term bike shop.. Why you ask? Well unfortunately my daughter had her bike stolen on campus in Davis.. we were having a problem finding the receipt.. so I called where I bought it only to find out the computers have been upgraded: however Mark went the extra mile and mentioned maybe the flagship store (that has been in fair oaks since I was a kid.. at least 50 years I know of) maybe has the older info there.. I then called there to reach Dave.. they were hella busy but said he would research for my receipt and call me back.. he was nice enough to call back the same day with the receipt which he went the extra mile and emailed me.. insurance company was happy.. daughter was happy. Dad was happy... try getting that from a big box store.. !!!! It's definitely worth the time and money to support this business.. thanks guys for making our day.. truly appreciate it .. hopefully you'll be there another 50 years so my extended family can purchase bikes from you..cheers hopefully I got your names right:)”

“I bought a Retrospec single speed and brought it here to align the brakes and make sure everything was working and safe. They completed the job quickly. Several days later, my lock mount started to fall off, so I brought my bike back and they found a sleeve to make the mount attachment snug and tight - for no charge. I appreciate the friendly service.”

“I'm giving a five star rating based on the technician who worked on my bike. If it were based on the service rep at the service desk (tune up/repair) I would give a two. I'm assuming it is a matter of personality, but the "gentleman" taking in my bike could use a good bit of customer service training. That said, the young man who did the work on my bike went above and beyond.”

“I took my broken Fuji hybrid bicycle in last week to have its bi-annual tune-up which, as usual, involved replacing the gear cable, sprockets, chain, and crank. I knew all that work was necessary when I took it in. They had the bicycle completed the next day, cleaned, wheels straightened, and all the mechanicals replaced and lubricated. The price was fair and proper. The two people I dealt with were both very friendly and helpful. No one tried to up-sell me. Hopefully I'll get another two years service out of my bike.”

“I have been going rafting down the Sacramento River for years. River Rat raft rentals is awesome to rent rafts but it also the best place to get into the water to raft even if you don’t rent a raft from them. Its in Rancho Cordova, We now, bring our own rafts and park sort of behind and to the side of the rental place where theres a small bridge and a parking lot right next to the river. You pay a nominal fee at the kiosk to park and start down the river rafting. When you rent rafts from them, you have to raft all the way to their pick up location which is sometimes a long day, or it can be too short of a day depending on whether you like to pull over to the side of river a lot & hangout party and jump off the small rock/cliffs. If you don’t watch the time, you could miss the pick up time and the bus that takes you to the rental place where your car is at. (If you rented a raft) The rental place closes at a certain time and you will be charged if you aren’t back with rafts by the time they close. When you bring your own rafts, you can get out of the river whenever your ready at the many parks along side the river and Uber back to your car, just let the Uber driver know you have rafts and its always been fine. Of course drain and deflate them and fold them up the best you can, its not difficult. We like to be able to get out when we want to so we started bringing our own rafts with ice chest etc.My kids who are now young adults love to go with their friends and sometimes mom:)Over all an amazing easy relaxing day on the river!A couple tips, go when its 100% out or very hot because the water is extremely cold.Try not to bring bottles so glass doesn’t get broken and they say no alcohol but everyone does, just keep it in your ice chest until you start down the river and be cool and don’t hold it up like its a trophy! Lastly, DO NOT LITTER EVER!! Keep you empties in the ice chest and toss when you get out of the water.ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. Be safe and have a blast?”
