Just about any kind of liquor you could ask for plus discounts if you join the club membership which is free not to mention the buy one get one for a nickel and the occasional logos though out the store. A helpful,friendly and knowledgeable staff helps shopping easier. They also have a variety of food stuffs.

Racially Profile Experience
Sunday May 2, 2024, around 3:40pm-3:59pm, at 7929 Greenback Ln, Citrus Heights, CA 95610. I, a mixed African/Japanese American woman, was instantly humiliated and Racially Profiled by an older Caucasian woman by the name of Diane, who yelled in a very aggressive tone at me from across the store and accused me of stealing!
I went into this Bevmo to buy some vodka whip cream product - so happy that I instantly found it right by the front display. Since being in a bit of a rush to attend this event I needed it for, I hastily made my way over to get the product.
When going to the counter to retrieve the whipped cream, Diane (employee) yelled at me from an aisle just adjacent from where I was. She aggressively snapped at me “Hey! Are you buying that?” I then replied “Yes.” - very confused and unsure if she was actually speaking to or addressing me. She replied, “Don’t reach over the counter!” as she proceeds to continue helping another customer with the items they were looking for. I stopped and asked her “How am I reaching over the counter?” She ignored me initially. I walked over to her an asked again “How am I reaching over the counter, if it’s plainly located at the front register?” Her last reply to me was “Someone that looked like you did that to us last week.” She then abruptly walked away – no apology, no acknowledgement for profiling me right then, no addressing how humiliating that situation was she just put me in, nothing – like she was justified in her actions towards me.
Please note: I did not reach over nor behind the register for any products. I am a short woman and had to slightly step on my tip toes to reach the flavor that I desired at the front display in the first place. At no point was I reaching into a non-customer space or having any intention of stealing. Also, this whip cream display was at every register. I noticed this after the whole incident was over.
After the entire incident concluded, Diane was nowhere to be found. She made sure to disappear when I requested to speak to the managers as well, as it took another employee, Nick to provide me assistance in the things I needed (including her name and contact information for Jacqui, the store manager).
I’ve attempted to call the manager once and was unable to talk to anyone of authority at the store twice now - being unfortunately unavailable the day I called and the day of the incident. I am posting this here so this matter can be addressed and resolved.

Geri is very professional and friendly. She greets me with a smile every time I shop there. And, I have noticed how hard she works. She's always busy but attentive to all customers.

Went looking for non-alcoholic wine. Wasn't easy to find. Not a large selection, but maybe that's probably to be expected.
