This location is the worst in the whole area ,waiting time is always so long ,they never have more than 2 tellers ,it’s been like this for years with no signs to get any better, the problem is manager doesn’t care about customer service at all, unfortunately for me this is the nearest I have

Customer service is good. Most of the time I use this branch and I am happy. Just one day I got appointment online for Saturday morning. when I arrived on time, I saw the Bank was closed and many people were came and nobody answered and no information about why they give us appointments and then they were closed? But I still like this branch and that was happened just one time for me.

I tried to withdraw money out today and an employee "superhero of the month" would not let me take my money out because she felt like she knew and had the right to call me out because of a mistake i did not do but the bank that sent me that card. My unemployment card did not have my full name so she decided to deny my card because to her it appeared unclear. Then i made it clear to her that it was not my first time withdrawing money. This employee should be trained and ashamed of what she did. I had to go even more out my way and go to another bank to get my money already being 40+ miles from my home. I believe this employee has to be fired, I was late on my payment because of her and i was not able to complete my plans that day. If she was in my position she probably would feel the same. Train your employees!!

I am very unhappy with this bank I made a large deposit on the 13th, and still don't have access to my funds. My calls to Rick Barnard have not been returned and now it's another weekend without my $$. I will be changing banks next week.

Pheeew the manager here is not in anyway helpful. Came in to cash a check that was issued by BOFA the teller told me to speak with the manager. He looked at the check, asked if I was a member of the bank (I'm not) and said he can't cash it. If I wanted to open an account with them I could but there would be a 30 day hold. Left and went to the BOFA on birdcage and the manger their was AMAZING she helped me right away. Basically just go to the one on birdcage.

Rick Barnard was extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be dealing with the public. He lacks communication skills which leads to misunderstanding and questions and. He's one of those employees that just expect the customers to know Bank of America's every policy - fails to explain the situation. Told me he"wasn't gonna argue with me"?!? I wasn't arguing, I was asking questions and again, due to your lack of clear and informative communication, it created the questions being asked by me! That's why I bank at Chase - I switched from Bank of America over 20 years ago. And Rick is just one more reason why I would never go back to banking at Bank of America! Terrible customer service! Rick obviously does not enjoy his job and needs to retire.

After almost 35 years as a customer this branch finds me considering closing my account and going to another bank or credit union. The manager of the tellers acts as though me requesting a bulk coin withdrawal is an unreasonable request. The very first time I asked she admonished me to not bring the coins back when she okayed me getting a $25 box of pennies. Is that too much? I'm assuming that any transaction that requires her to do something is going to be a no. Her attitude and demeanor make her a lousy fit to manage or even be a part of the process dealing with customers. Unfortunately her actions set a terrible example for the tellers that doing as little as possible is okay. No other branch gives me the static that I get at this one so I drive miles to other branches when this branch is less than a mile from my home. Why? If what I'm asking is too much please tell me and I'll take my business elsewhere...

Made it a priority to get here before 5. Walk in and there are seven people in line and one teller. A bunch of other bank employees wandering around, socializing, and trying to avoid eye contact. If it weren't for CA FMLA benefits, I'd never ever bank here. Love my local credit union!

Huge line. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get to talk to a teller. This is during a weekday on the 7th day of the week. They need to hire more people.
