This location is a place to waste your time and they are lairs and unprofessional . Went to the business at the reservation time was not even greeted by Jeremy who was working at the counter . 2 people were ahead me took 20 minutes to help them . Then when it was my turn no help no answer . Then was rude and defensive about not greeting me . Walked out with a rental dont go this this location

If your renting from Avis to drive Uber expect a lot of confusion the arden store charges wrong. They don't use good business ethics. They overcharged me

Overall a good experience, and I would give them an 8/10 As the customer service was good, just nothing to say spectacular or deserving of a 9 or 10 rating.

One of the worst customer service places I even been to. They do the minimal to help with any reservations they don't care if u rent there or not. I will for sure let uber and avis and everyone know. They had an issue with my card and because if their issue I couldn't rent a car and instead of helping they kept blowing me off telling me they don't know. The gentleman was a Lil more inclined to help but the two lady's. Worry attitude ever. I will never go here again. Unless uber has no other option. Worst experience ever

This place is both scummy and scammy! Tried to pick up my car that I reserved in advance. They ran my credit card when i went to pick up the car after I had already paid in advance. This triggered my credit card company to think it was fraud, and they weren't wrong. This Avis location refused to run my card again after I told the credit card company it was me because of some mystery "policy". Then they stole $150 from me. Never ever do business here! On top of all of that, the place is an absolute dump in a sketchy area of town littered with homeless people and trash.

I will give this 2stars because when it worked it was great. I rented from this location for a full year and all of a sudden a do not rent hold went onto my account. After I turned in their vehicle I am now seeing charges for rentals that I never had. Only time I was late is when they never billed the card(supposedly automatic payments)so they can charge extra fees for being late. This business is independent franchise DBA Avis/Budget and you should proceed with caution while doing business here. There is better options available to rent a car for Uber Drivers.

Run down building. Shredding papers in the office right next to service counter. Closed for 30 minutes an hour before closing, with a tacky note on the door. Is there a "you wasted my time" discount?? Never again.

I Got charged an extra $240 for the service option when that was never even discussed at time of booking inside of the store. Their word against ours but I have insurance and would have never agreed to that charge if it was disclosed. Just make sure you listen and read what you are signing - my bad!

I made a reservation through the Uber/Avis partnership program, through the Uber driver app, and called them to verify. I was told by a female representative that there were no cars available, but they were expecting a couple of returns later in the day. I asked if one could be held, and I could pick it up next day, and the representative over the phone agreed, and said she would. When I called the next day, I politely started saying that I had made a reservation with Uber, and started to ask if a car was ready, but was cut off by the rude male representative. He said they didn’t have any Uber cars available until the end of JULY!! Really?! This is July 1st, people!!! ??♀️ I haven’t even rented from this place yet, but have already had a bad experience.

Have been trying to get a Uber rental car for weeks now from this location and rocklin and always says there’s cars available online and they never are. I’ve arrived 7 different times to different locations (twice at this location) to get a car and have failed everytime due to no cars being available even though I use to work for Avis and know there are TONS and TONS of Uber cars ready to drive at the hub. I’d give 0 stars if I could for this inconveniencing company.Ps. They would answer my call just to put me on hold and transfer me to the call center because I would call daily to see if there’s a actual Uber there ready to drive, and the call center will say they can schedule a reservation for you and that certain locations have one but when you arrive you will be turned away.

Terrible customer service at this location. Over the phone and in person, the staff was rude and uncommunicative. I rented a vehicle through their Uber/Avis Rental Partnership Program, but will never use this location again. Despite it being very close to home, I will forever opt to drive to a location further away.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was in this office for several hours and never received my rental. The man kept swiping my card I asked him if he didn’t know what he was doing to please stop and he continued to swipe my card. They kept $201 of my money a week ago and I still can’t get it released. I’ve called Avis several times and no one helps and everyone has a different answer. They are rude and dismissive. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my entire life. I will never do business with them again. I’m alsoComplaining to the BBB.

If I could put zero stars I could. I made a reservation and got success email.Drove to the location. And they said they are not giving me the car because they don’t work with Uber. And my successful reservation email doesn't mean anything to them.all three people behind the counter had attitude. didn't apologize or anything like that.I asked why didn't they call me when they got my reservation? they smirkednever again
