Actually not a bad store, they had everything I was looking. The guys behind the counter were eager to help and seemed to be pretty knowledgeable, of course, they had a computer in front of them. Regardless they were very attentive to helping the customers.

This store was TERRIBLE! From The new guy to Robert completely useless. So first I walk in and they have a what looks like permanent sign that says "OIL IS FULL" so right from the start they already can't help me. I'm walking in 20 minutes after I placed an order for 4 caliper bracket bolts online for pickup. I had to place them online as the 3 Auto Zones I called to see if they had it in didn't know what a caliper bracket bolt is, even going as far as to ask if it has another name.... The new guy who wore a hoodie and ear buds with no name tag was no help at all. Looked up my order I went to my car for my wallet (didn't need it as they don't check for confirmation or ID) when I got back no order was picked and he had taken a phone call that I now had to wait for him to finish? Then the new guy looks for my order and brings me one of my two orders that I placed, when I explained 2 orders were placed I then waited almost 10 additional minutes. That's when the elder Robert came to help (he didn't not at all) he looks and looks and I finally just want my money back. Upon looking up my order he explains that it was my fault for placing two separate orders and I messed up their system as I placed a second order after realizing I needed another order and they only had one. So here I am 40 minutes in for 4 bracket bolts and I'm only getting 2 AND it's my fault according to the guy working there. I then watched the old man get confused with the phone hold system and hang up on multiple customers by mistake. Even taking calls on speaker because the phone system was too complicated for them. I ended up leaving without getting my refund started as they seemed to be stealing my life force and personal time AND LOVING IT! I left and made it home to Ione as that's my commute home to find out they gave me the wrong sized item. This was easily the worst experience I've ever had in an automotive store. I hope that their online customer service will refund my item as id rather eat the $9 than walk back into that succubus of a store and deal with such an ignorant incapable group. Just buy it from Amazon.

They always take good care of your car needs
Manager came out to my car and changed my license plate for me. It had security screws that needed special tools to remove. I’ve been there several times and always so helpful.

I needed a new battery so started calling around. The young man that answered was so polite and courteous I decided to come here and told him I was heading over. I parked and got half way across the parking lot and he was out the door with testing tools in hand. Josiah got a 2nd tester to confirm the battery needed changing even to make sure it wasn't the alternator. He recommended the medium priced battery but I wanted the longer life. With the old battery in hand, he still held open the door as we went in to make the purchases. Clean, helpful and efficient, who could ask for anything more.

They were great as usual, they were out of one item at cost of $70, but they recommend a competitor to help us out. So, the next weekend project (transmission repair) went in and rewarded them with a $400 order.

This auto part store provides really great customer service. I needed new windshield wipers but have no idea how to figure out what size or type is needed or how to put them on. I went in yesterday and John the rep at AutoZone was so professional and helpful. He helped me pick out a set of windshield wipers that fit my car and he even put them on my car for me. I greatly appreciate his kind and professional service. I would recommend and plan to go shop at AutoZone again when I need something for my car.
