They’ve offered (and even insisted) that I go through the drive thru wash another time if my car doesn’t look spotless after the first time. One time while I was vacuuming an employee came and unclogged the tube for me and I didn’t even know it was clogged. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been friendly and goes out of their way to help me.”
