The employees were great, friendly and very helpful, but the manager here, Javier is the worst! He was no help, and acted like he was going to do something to help my current phone exchange issue instead he just said to go home and come back another day. Not to mention in front of me (the customer) he told one of his employees to lie to another customer about their current phone issues and why it was taking so long to solve their problem. He acts like he's working while playing games on his phone. Someone needs to get rid of this guy and hire someone who will actually help their customers.

I came in and was quickly greeted by Ron. Ron is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He answered each and every question. I'm new to ATT and really needed a lot of help. Ron was very patient with us. Thank you Ron

Richard Brewer is a rock star, magician and a fantastic salesman at the AT&T on Sunrise Blvd in Citrus Heights. My phone was having multiple issues and I was so happy that Richard was able to fix all the malfunctions. -couldn't send or receive email -somehow my VPN was on. -charging on landline wasn't working. I tell you that this young man was kind, easy to talk to and respectful. He is the brightest and best at AT&T!! He knows it all and my phone is FIXED!

My wife's phone went crazy. I tried to reset but couldn't. My wife has a business and needs her phone. Renee in the Sunrise store took the phone and finally got it to reset. She found a suspicious app and deleted it. She followed up and deleted more suspicious apps. My wife's phone is now working. Renee was professional and amazingly competent, we had a good some of the best customer service ever. Her demeanor was perfect and She never got frustrated or angry and fixed the problem in a few minutes. We found the next store manager.

Got helped out today by Usman. Such a great dude. Restored my phone fully and really helped out. Has a sense of humor too. Management should really give him a pay raise.

Colleta is the worst customer service. Her obese coworker had a horrible attitude. She sold me 3 items that did not fit our phones. then I take the stuff back and she acts like I'm giving her an old screen protector and won't exchange it. P0S. if you can DO NOT, go here for, ANYTHING. You will write a review. Paid an extra $30...smh

Came in to purchase a Christmas present for my mom and I clearly stated that it was a surprise and the phone should not be activated. The sales associate deactivated her current phone despite my instructions and ruined our Christmas surprise. The manager didn't even have the common courtesy to come and speak with us. Claiming to be busy when I can clearly see him playing a game on his phone. Very unprofessional.

I was getting very frustrated and then I walked into the store and talked to Spencer, and Spencer knew exactly what to do to solve my problems. He was fast, knowledgeable and professional, and got the job done. He should be in training to teach the other people how to do it.! go, Spencer!
