My husband and I thought we had an issue with our dryer; heat was not turning on to dry the laundry. My husband took apart the dryer, brought the parts to Appliance Parts Center, and Joe told us nothing was wrong with the parts. He gave us some suggestions to try, before thinking the worst and throwing our money down the tubes. He told us to check the breaker switches for the wall the dryer was connected to, and sure enough that was the problem. We didn't have to pay a dime for his wonderful suggestions! But, if we had to spend our money, we would do it here! Thanks again Joe!!!

This is a 5.0 company. The guys are courteous, kind and helpful. Give you free advice, which is correct and true always have stock and most importantly affordable prices. This is a good place to do business with they’re on top of their game. And anybody whoThinks differently go somewhere else Because apparently you don’t like fast, courteous, kind, and complete service. That’s what they offer plain and simple.

Amazing service! Our washing machine broke and we needed a new pump. Walked in and the sales associate saw what was in our hands and said, "I know exactly what you need". Got us the part and it we were able to fix the washer for under $55!

AC capacitor blew.Brought in the busted part, they tested it on the spot to confirm and sold me a new one for about 40 bucks. Swapped it into the system and boom, AC works great.I went back and bought another just to have as a back up.

Beware that all sales are final. My husband bought a filter for our fridge at the price of 96.00. I found a pack of three for 47.00. ? Bummer is we can't return the 96.00 filter that was just bought 3 days ago and never opened the package because of their all sales are final policy.

We need 10 stars to rate this stellar business! July 2023: With 2 appliances broken at the same time, this housewife was a little stressed. My DIY'er husband is extremely mechanical, so APC talked him through first repair: ice maker. He drove 60 miles to their center with old ice maker in hand. New ice maker had very different plugs from old ice maker, so they switched plugs! With their expert advice and the new part, Jim replaced it himself; our ice bin was full in time for dinner! Then on to fix #2: my electric dryer quit heating. Again, with their clear guidance, Jim removed module, took it to APC for diagnosis the very next day, came home with exactly the correct new part, and voila! Second crisis averted! APC had parts IN STOCK! Quick! Friendly! Exceptionally knowledgeable! Highly respectful! VERY CARING (including Plexiglas to protect us from COVID-19.) PROFESSIONAL DIAGNOSTICIANS (not mere salesmen from box stores.) Their service and knowledge is priceless! Two fixes without glitches! We are thankful to the Nth degree! Stop by here earlier today right around 5:00 p.m. I called before I went Spoke to both of the gentlemen they were both just super helpful over the phone..Went inside. Got the part I needed a belt The gentleman was so smart and helpful to tell me about putting it around the drum through the fork on the tensioner and then around the motor ..If I ever need a part for an appliance I will never call anywhere else but here and I will tell that to everybody I know.Great job guys! I Was quoted 70.00 for a heating element or 170.00 for a complete assembly. I asked them to please be sure as I am coming from a long way away. They assured me they had the parts and the I could buy the heating element or the complete assembly.Well I drove an hour to get there and guess what? The part is only available one way as a complete assembly and NOW the price is 270.00. Needless to say I decided not to buy the part. The gentleman behind the counter made a smart A$$ comment good luck finding what you need. I found the correct part for 40.00 plus shipping. installed the part and now my dryer works great. STAY AWAY FRON THIS PLACE.

I tell you the guys in there know there stuff. They helped me with my refrigerator the two older men Joe and I don’t remember the other guy name. They are awesome. Samsung refrigerator got it to to work again. Saved myself 400. Dollars.

I have come here many times for projects over the past few months and I have always had success with their parts. I am grateful stores like these exist! I stopped by here the other day and I thought I needed a control board for my dryer. I didn't have the model number and the serial number to my dryer and they told me where to find it.When I called them with the correct information they told me how to check to see if the igniter was working. Before doing that, I vacuumed out the entire inside and when I tried it everything works fine now. The guys at the Appliance Parts Center deserve a 10 out of 5.

Being treated with respect here is hit or miss. But mostly, it's lukewarm. I've been in this shop two previous times, 2nd being treated like a customer. Today was merciless. Man behind today's tragic loss of a sale was a bad attitude. I would rather support small business, but you put up a barrier of plexiglass and make your customers speak loudly is not a great business model. Anyway, my parts will be here tomorrow from Amazon.
