He helped me keep it running for years beyond its expected lifespan… so of course, I turned to him for guidance on my next steps and he was beyond fair… he was so generous in what he offered me…If you have any Apple computer (not iPhone or iPad) problems or are looking to upgrade… look no further!! 12/27/23 - I’m not a tech person and technology makes me nervous at times, but the men at this business are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable explaining the tech issues, as well as how they will fix them when it comes to your personal device. All around an amazing place and crew. They are patient, honest, and they get the job done extremely quick.I took my computer to get fixed because it was infected with malware and they were able to get it fixed by the following morning!The price to get it fixed was fair and reasonable in my opinion. Plus they were able to update my computer with the latest software.They explain the process and how they’re going to fix the computer so you’re not left in the dark too.

I been going to this place few months and the owner always have great customer service!!! I had M2 Air 8GB Ram 512SSD past few days I noticed I am heavy user comes to editing, rendering, and multitasking with web browsing. I decided to get the MBP 14 inch M1 Pro let me tell you it’s a beast!!! The owner is awesome and knowledgeable comes to Computers. The Computer looks Brand new no scratches or scuffs. He makes sure it is good to go before you leave.If I need Mac Studio or mini going straight to this store. I recommend anyone if need MacBook. Thanks again to the owner and the staff!

I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell that they truly care about their customers and helping them with their needs. I came in looking to buy a Macbook and was shown different models and they answered every single one of my questions.If you're in need of MacBook repairs or looking to buy one, there isn't a better place I would recommend. They combine technical skill with outstanding customer service and great pricing.

I have been working with Ahmed at Apple Fix Pros for a few years and I can't say enough good things about him. He is so knowledgable and explains everything so you know exactly what is going on with your computer. His turnaround time is unreal...I don't know how he gets it all done! I most recently had an issue with a computer I bought from him a year ago and he fixed everything and made it right for me. I will be a forever client of Apple Fix Pros!

Well that was easy. These folks are the real deal. They are are tech experts, not salesmen or up-sellers. Honest prices and fast, fast, fast turnaround times. Had my MacBook with a swollen battery and butterfly keyboard issue repaired in a few hours.I had tried getting just the keyboard issue fixed a few months ago through one of Apple's recommended service centers in the area, but they seemed disinterested and that started to become more trouble than it was worth.Glad I found AFP. If you value your time/money and just need your equipment to work, then this is the place.

I Accidentally fully erased my older iMac. They were able to restore it. Plus, charged me nothing for it. Really saved my a lot of headache. If any problems, I know where to go now.

Recently,I visited the business to see if they repaired iPads.He doesn't.But he was helpful in suggesting a person that does. From the looks of the store, he has parts for just about every iMac out there. Will be back when my iMac dies.
