This location deserves a zero. As a customer, I have never been mistreated by any staff of AMPM until today. I went in to purchase lottery tickets and two corn dogs and I spent $58.00. I left the store and returned shortly after because the corn dogs were hard. The older man who works as the Mgr/owner became very upset and he informed me that this is the way the corn dogs are served. He proceeds to the front and puts my food at the register counter and he told me to read the sign that there are no refunds or exchanges. I told him he has to exchange or give me my money back. Then the Mgr/owner tells me that people like you complain about everything and we're the only one who does it. He tells the clerk to give me my money and to get out, as we don't want your buisness while talking rudely to me in front of the other customers. He then tells me that I do this every time I come in his store. Please pull your camera because I don't frequent this location on a regular basis. This Mgr/owner is unprofessional and has no people skills and should not represent AMPM.

AMPM is a great spot to stop for snacks, drinks, and gas. Watch out for card skimmers on the pumps, though. I recommend going inside and paying with cash or a card if necessary. It's becoming more and more popular to put card skimmers on the pumps that steal all your card info so it can be cloned and used by scammers/carders. Sometimes, the employees are even in on it, too.

The owner of the store there is a rude and very cheap individual. I told him my juice was bad. It had a very distinguished taste and from the taste I knew it was rancid. Just to not ever deal with this gentleman again. I'll never go back.

The clerks here stare at me every time I go inside. Even when I'm with my husband. It's gross. They also overcharge for AMPM refills despite it being the same price everywhere if you have one of their mugs. Go anywhere else.

I walked the good ole walk into the ampm, ( I hope this is the correct 1 I'm talking about) Handed my money to the cashier, told her much and what pump.. It was pump # 16 in case anyone else has this happen.. walked all the way back and the low grade gas select button wasn't working, I had to select mid grade or higher.. so I walked all the way back inside the store and told Mia, the cashier that the button wasn't working and that I couldn't select the gas, and she just looked at me briefly and blankly and said , " yeah" and that was it.. not a "oh I'm sorry I'll let someone know." or any kind of care or customer service skills whatsoever.. it really kinda bothered me ..

This place has by far the cheapest gas in town.. However to exit and enter this station is a challenge due to the heavy traffic most of the time..The people getting gas seem like they are in such a rush here to.. Can't beat the price though.The station stays clean for the most part.

I come here often as it's close to the freeway and on my way home. However, I don't like going inside the store because it's not very clean. Their ice maker has mold growing inside of it. I was paying cash for my gas so I had to go in yesterday. Well there was a woman (customer) at the counter when I entered the store. There was some arguing between her and the young, female store clerk. After a few seconds the situation escalated to physical abuse by the clerk, her father (the owner?) and some random stranger from the parking lot!. Y'all...they attacked this woman inside the store. Over a $3 Vaseline....like what?! I understand businesses are trying to prevent theft, however, It DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO PUT YOUR HANDS ON SOMEONE. That clerk and the accused were the same size, so they should have just taken it outside and handled it on their own. You two oldass grown old men need to keep your hands to yourself. You 3 employees of AMPM made the entire situation way worse than it needed to be. You escalated a simple conversation because you got in your feelings. Then you began to scream like an insane hyena on the attack...you should be real embarrassed.. When you're a business owner, you have to make decisions quickly, but that situation shouldn't have gotten to where it went. I can see if she had a weapon and was robbing you, by all means protect yourselves. That wasn't the case here. The 3 of You literally attacked her and beat her. Absolutely disgusting behavior. It wasn't until I spoke up and told you 3 gross humans to get off of her, that you stopped hitting her. I really hope you understand how you have the power to change a situation and diffuse it. The clerk and owner of this establishment need some major training on how to handle these situations. At the end of the day your Karma will come back, so do what you feel is best. On that note, deuces, y'all won't be getting any of my hard earned money at your location. P.S. if I could give zero stars, I would, however, I cannot, so I give you a 1...For the love of all that is clean, please get that mold out of the ice maker...you're so gross.

Need to gas up or pick up some last minute items? At this ampm, between Greenback & Auburn, they have some of the best service and the store is always clean . The cashiers always make me feel like I'm at the right spot. Stop by to see for yourself.

NEVER GET GAS HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Last year October 2020 I got gas here and while pumping gas THEIR pump broke and the tip of the nozzle got stuck i went inside to let the cashier know about their faulty equipment and now they are trying to scam me out of $800!!!!! A few months ago I got a threatening call saying I had to pay them money or else, I thought it was a joke. Mid Covid you would think they would clean and make sure their equipment is working. I’ve had to take my own car in for repairs because of this.

Myself my mom and my boyfriend have all had our card info stolen in the past year from this location!!! Do not go here they are skimming cards…. I will be telling every person I know and blasting on every social media platform I can! I was going to this store almost daily all the cashiers know me. And I will never return!

They accept CREDIT CARDS... Awesome no more Shell or Chevron for me. Always great friendly staff and clean
