I ordered a jersey sweater through work with my work logo on it. The size of the sweater was very small. I could not fit my arm through the sleeve that’s how tiny it was. I wear small sweaters but this small seemed like a youth small. I contacted the company and asked if I could exchange it, not being aware of the process. I was told the press process was extensive so they would not be able to make an exchange. Understandable, so I asked for a refund-no all sales are final. Humm I am not very happy about that.

I've used AQG for several jobs by now and they are always helpful, courteous, and high quality. I would absolutely recommend using All Quality Graphics for custom shirts, hats, etc.

Jessica and her team at All Quality Graphics did an absolutely phenomenal job(above and beyond‼) on special t-shirts for the ladies in the program ( @SaintJohnsPRC) for our Party for Change event on November 2nd. I have been getting custom design sports shirts for soccer and track teams from All Quality Graphics for a few years now. Every single time, Nicole has been amazing. She has made sure we're getting the right shirt for our budget. She has gone above and beyond to help me in a pinch and the quality if the shirts are fantastic. Once again Jessica's team came through for me. I had an idea for a logo on a puffy jacket. But that is all I had, an idea and a couple of screenshots pasted together. Their in-shop designer took those ideas and turned them pro. I'll be picking up my custom merchandise next week, can't wait.

Jessica is amazing and her team from graphics designers to staff are awesome to work with . They designed my Company Logo and created the perfect business cards along with light up pens.
