We remodeled our kitchen a few months ago. I am giving a 5 star review based on the time and supply chain issues. We contacted several companies on Yelp. Because of the supply chain issue, The first company said we would have to wait 9 months to start the job. The other companies said 3-6 months out. AMCP said 2-4 weeks and we started in 3 weeks. First of all, all of the work was excellent. That included the granite counter top production and installation, installation of appliances, adding the pull out shelves w soft closing, cleanup, patching up from demolition, and the small of carpentry work. I would rate the installation of the tile backsplash very good. Part of the problem was the framing metal. I don't think the corner of the shulers (sp.) came out as well as I expected. Otherwise the tile work was excellent. If I had one overall complaint, it would be the timing of the process. Because of supply chain issues, there were disruptions that delayed the project a little. I discussed this issue w Vadim and he informed me that he was going to add a supervisor. I think the project would have proceeded faster if someone would have been able to adjust the schedule of work order in order to reduce the down time. We loved our granite and there was enough extra granite to add two countertops to a bathroom and hallway. Normally this would have gone to waste. As expected our appliances were late. Vadim installed all of them except the refrigerator, which was delayed and I had the appliance company install it. They cleaned up after work every day. I am very happy with the finished product given we did not replace the cabinets and just had them painted. Overall, I would rate them as excellent. As with any project, there were unforeseen issues. Vadim would listen and address them. We are very happy with our finished product. We enjoy an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and modern appliances.

Vadim and the team finished our kitchen remodel in July and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Our tiny galley kitchen looks three times larger with the suggested changes of closing two doors and opening another. The beautiful blue tiled wall and open shelving are gorgeous and we have received so many compliments from family and friends. We love the cabinets and quartz countertops. The new lighting and all of the finishes.We honestly would not change a thing. The materials and workmanship are excellent and we are enjoying our new space everyday. It was obvious that Vadim paid great attention to detail and made sure that everything was perfect. His crew were all skilled and a pleasure to work with: the plumbers (Alex), drywall, the cabinet makers, the quartz guys, tile guys, electricians--all were very professional. We started our project around a very busy time and sometimes the communication with the team was challenging--but I appreciated that Vadim showed up himself to complete parts of the project when his team was busy. Our new kitchen (and laundry room) came out even better than we hoped at a price that I'm sure could not be beat. We had at least 4 bids before we chose All American Construction and I believe we made the right choice.

We requested an consultation online via Yelp. This company was quick to reach out and schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I received a call from them Monday morning explaining that he was out of town and was wondering if we could reschedule for the following day. Tuesday, Greg showed up to our house to look at a potential kitchen / bathroom remodel. He was very knowledgeable and had really cool ideas. We were told that we would have our quote back within a couple of days. (We really thought that this company would be a good fit for us). It has now been 2 1/2 weeks since our appointment date, and we've been told twice over the last 2 weeks that Greg would have the bid ready for us "tomorrow". Still no quote/bid provided for the job we were looking to do. It seems as though our job wasn't "good enough" for them.

If I could give no stars I would, they don't even deserve the bare minimum of one! The project has been dragged out several MONTHS past the deadline. Trash left outside my neighbors yard with failure to pick up on the scheduled time arranged. They took money and didn't finish the job and you can't even get them on the phone! BEWARE. This company is a joke!

DON'T USE THESE GUYS! If you have months to waste as well as money these are the people to go with. They will take you money tell you when your finish date will be then you won't hear from them again. We paid and signed a contract in February 2021, the contracted date was to be finished 4/21/21 it's now Mid June and we have half a bathroom demolished and a pile of bathroom tiles, tub and toilet waiting to be taken away. They said the will show up then don't and there is no reliable number to contact anyone. This company is a joke and shouldn't be used by anyone. Have a lawyer ready and be ready to contact the construction license board. If you say you're going to do something follow through or at least communicate what is going on. Reading other people issues on here really shows that the owner just takes your money and doesn't talk to the customers at all.

0 STARS!!! *update 6/29/2021 - Robert has called 3 times now telling me "yard waste is going to be removed" actual appointment days given twice, not one has been kept. Yard waste still There. NOT ONE Appointment has been kept. I've been here, they have not. This company is a bunch of thieves. February 2021 entered into contract. No contact. Money taken. Job not completed. Left with out a bathroom for 3 months. . Do business at your own risk. 0 stars. CSLB hasn been contacted. Better business bureaus DOES NOT HAVE THEM accredited.Robert , Vadim, they've taken in more than they can handle and the consumer suffers. They have NEW cars and trucks!! salesman Greg Youman doesn't follow through with bids, unprofessional. Don't waste your time or money. They've called and "said they'd get it taken care of". Not once have they kept an appointment or backed what they've said. At this point, for me they are thieves. $12,000 of an 18,000 contract and 3 months lost rent on an income property. Going full dispute with legal action, left with no other choices. They must be a word of mouth type business or church group referrals, someone's getting their contacted jobs completed lol. MINE HASN'T been. they were chosen for be a local business. Less than 2 miles from the job site. Have not satisfied requests once. Posted Business phone just rings as well as posted office hours. Here's the list of grievances. *Ceiling unfinished(during the heat of the summer, crawl space heat just pours into the house. *house fan left loose and wired in crawl space *construction waste left in yard. (Neighbors are now complaining) *plumbing ripped out and unfinished *Hvac not moved like contacted *wall and door left unfinished or installed *flooring ripped out and left *cabinetry non-exinsistant * new fixtures left uninstalled all over the house *Damaged entryway flooring from demo *untenable rental unit until there's a working bathroom. 3 months and counting at $1500 a month. Good luck with your project they could never got mine off the ground. Took my money!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Ok

I have attempted to contact this company multiple times (phone, email etc) to get my deposit back. Consultation went well but after that a slew of poor communication led to me not trusting their ability to communicate effectively/show up when they said they would. I missed a total of 3-4 work days when they said they would come and never did with no explanation until I texted them where are you? Now I understand life happens but you have to let someone know if you can't make it. Not just ghost them for the day. All I want is my good faith deposit back as I feel like I was completely ready and willing to work with them but they, unfortunately, could not bother to make good on their commitments. I am so so disappointed in this company.

All american construction Pro build nice kitchen for me. I am happay with their work quality and even during the pandemic when material and workers are hard to find they did my kitchen real good, so nice job Vadim he is nice person and i will be in touch with him when time to do bathroom as well. If vadim could fish as well as he build kitchen he never have to build another kitchen.. But not the case so Vadim build more kitchens for many more years so have him build yours too!

Of the three appts I set up, this was the only company who actually bothered to show up, that being said, its been over a week and I still don't have an estimate back, the person who showed up was not the same person I had been communicating with all along and showed little to no interest in what I wanted done, took a few measurements and that was it, no discussion regarding style of new cabinets etc, how can you give an estimate without any details other than measurements, are there any good reliable contractors out there anymore, I'm really beginning to wonder, I have multiple projects I want to do and it's like pulling teeth to even get a call back and even then about 25% actually show up.

So disappointed! I had an appt with All American Construction Pro today and I didn't even so much as a get a courtesy cancellation call. So many contractors have proven themselves to be so unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn't waste your time if this is how they do business.

We did finally make it to the finished product. It is beautifully done. A man named Ben pulled it all together. I can't fault him. He was the fixer. I was told 2 days, it took 5. There were problems with the purchase of materials, he knew it when he picked it up. My guess, they were pinching pennies. They had to go buy another large piece. So in the end after all the issues; They passed a $1000 mistake onto me too. I cannot improve their review like they wanted me to, bc AGAIN more mistakes, and they passed the cost onto me. We were too rundown by it all to fight it. They say the problem Owner has been eliminated in order to straighten things out. I wish them luck. They do have some decent ppl working with them.

The AA team got my project done quickly and professionally, even during the holidays and the pandemic. I had new floors installed as well as countertop, sink, and backsplash replaced. It all looks great and I'm happy with the end result. For the most part, everyone was very responsive and when we get a couple miscommunications, Vadim and his team took quick care to solve the problem with no additional stress to me. If I had one piece of feedback it would be that, especially because I am taking strict COVID precautions, everyone involved had been more enthusiastic about wearing masks. But again, was happy to have this project completed quickly and it looks great. Thanks!

They are a great company I'd written before that they had left us without a shower, I didn't know it but I was coming down with something and had not checked with my mom it's her job and they had told her this might happen because of Covid, but they came back today and have not stopped working all day we have a real mess because of some previous work and they have to repair all that I guess this is how long it takes to do a remodel my mom has had a lot of them done over the years so there ding the best job they can considering Covid is holding some things up besides there real nice Dean, Alex the plumber is working very hard all day I've been sick all day and he hasn't bothered me and he loves my dog teddy he's very sweet alexi mean so cancel out the one I wrote on not having showers because according to mom they had already waned us There pros like it says
