I was frustrated when I learned that I needed a valid California drivers license to rent their equipment. I had reserved & paid over the phone, but still didn’t know about the Ca dl thing. I had a work around & everything was fine ( I ultimately know this was my fault ). The staff in the office & in the yard were professional & very helpful. I definitely recommend renting from them & will rent again when I need more equipment. Special thanks to manager Jason !!

I rented a wood chipper, it wasn't working properly. I had 2 guys paid and waiting. Lost half a day.
They did apologize, gave another, good chipper, but didn't even begin to cover my losses with a $64 discount they gave me.
If you mess up, at least try to cover all the damage that at you caused. Or more. Then your business will get more clients than you can handle.

Equipment is ok to rent. But the short loads of concrete are getting to be too redundant It's a shame that they're the only place close by to get short load concrete mixed

Horrible experience attempting to communicate some questions to the employee. Couldn’t put out a full sentence without him talking over me (very odd). And was rushed the entire conversation with the worst attitude. Product rented was horrible and they care less. First and last time using this company

This place is a joke, especially the supervisor Bill(William Klotz) who likes to berate employees and customers alike in front of each other. All the machines barely work, minus the new ones. The water treatment plant is just for looks, it's probably illegal. None of the employees there are certified to drive a forklift and most don't even have a license. OSHA would have a field day there.Now I don't feel bad about ramming bills boat with a forklift a while back, lifting it off the ground lol. It's an equipment rental yard, but he treats it like his personal storage.

For the diy'er and professional alike. They have the tools you need for the job. They also rent tables chairs and linens, etc for weddings. They also sell mixed concrete ready to pour. Staff is helpful and will show you how to use the equipment. Reasonable pricing too!

Two for two poor experiences with the sexist, unprofessional manager. After reserving, calling, and confirming a reservation, not only did his facial affect show contempt before words were spoken, but he also denied the documented reservation. Still, he added, "...we don't have it, dear," in a condescending tone. No effort AT ALL to correct or assist in a resolution. Would leave zero stars if I could.

They definitely act like they don't want or need your business. Poor communication and the quality of their tables was pathetic. Additionally, one chair was broken and could not be used. I selected this company because of their longevity in the area and I like to support local businesses, but will go somewhere else next time.

We tried to work with them, rented out some machinery. But the customer service was very rude, they triple charged us for our equipment. They made us m\pay way too much for what we rented.

Rebates a machine on weekend. Came Sunday and they are closed. Today they charged me for the days they are closed.When I said I would call corporate.. they said “we don’t care. “Shows how they operate. No warning of charges for days they can’t even take them back.Avoid this place

Need to rent chairs for a birthday party and this place made the process so easy. It was a simple pick up and drop off. The staff are friendly and efficient. We will be re-cementing our driveway in a month and will be back here for equipment rental.
