Robert was friendly and helpful to solve my solution. He explained things clearly and everything feom ordering the part, appointment, and repair time and pick up went as he planned. I recommend AAA Citrus Heights. Oh, specifically, we had a battery replaced in our VW Atlas. And yes, they do the programming of the battery!

I brought my car in to have the air conditioner fixed. I only have one car. They got me a ride home, and when the work was done, sent a car to pick me up. Nice added bonus. They completed the work the same day at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with this company. I would recommend it to everyone.

AAA has always done a really great job and made all my vehicle maintenance work hassle free. The staff are very nice and they keep records of all the work done at their locations. Would highly recommend.

In April 12th 2024 it was for to replace my front brakes on a Audi q5 they of course gonna charge me a arms n a legs and still hear my front brakes making noises
On April 22nd 2024, Went in for appointment due to Engine Coolant issues spoke directly to Mike on Thursday morning is when the issues started so he wanted me to come in the next morning to be looked at which was Friday at 9am, so I did and Mike promised my car would be ready on a Monday due to a Thermostat Temperature...but I'm thinking why keep my car for so long when I called him earlier Thursday? My car just sat there at their shop all Friday, all Saturday but closed on Sunday until Monday to pick up my car because I had to do a rental car at ENTERPRISE and return it back before 4pm. Through out the whole process of my car I on calling Mike about the status of my Audi he didn't sound so promising due the quote he gave me. He wanted to extra charge me even more and try to keep it another day....I was getting frustrated I told him no I'm coming for my car after I return my rent car. Right when I said that things seems to act weird. The man I assume was working on my Audi was moving extremely fast like he started the last 2 or 3 hrs to work on, got over charged on labor cost, how I noticed it about 2 weeks later I needed to pour more windshield washer. Looked under my hood my engine area was messed up, nothing was screwed back on and I was missing alot of screws and broken screws and I could see my dirty air filter sticking out it was not put back in place properly....it's all a hot mess under my hood, I got lied to and disrespected due to poor customer service.....I wished I've took my Audi q5, to the original Audi dealer repair shop to handle my car repairs, I'm disappointed about AAA repair shop

AAA are pretty good in hiring the best technician around the area. The dealers are running out of them because AAA offers are way better than dealers. I suggest people start heading to AAA repair center instead of dealer.

Did not do what I ask them to do . They miss led me I just wanted them to look under my valve cover to see what was making noise and let me know I agreed to 150.00 just to look they looked at everything else but what I asked
