Workers here are useless, location is disgusting, homeless pestering you when you walk in and literally sleeping by the Redbox out front, spend your money at any of the other 4 stores nearby, they’re, rude, always on their phones and never ready to help at the counter, I live nearby and I’ve asked to use the restroom while stopping in for drinks more than once and it always “out of service” for well over 2 years now

The level of service is terrible. I went to a gas station to buy coffee and asked if I could use the restroom. They told me that they did not have a restroom. Although she was there, I saw her, there was no sign that the restroom was closed. For some reason they also refused to sell me coffee.

They sneakily charge you much higher prices, don't let you touch your coupon button or receipt button, and are rude on top of everything else.Only half of this wasn't a problem until 3 Taquitos suddenly became 5+ dollars.

Employee was rude, charged me for things I didnt purchase, and got mad at me when I asked if he forgot one of the meal items I asked him to get from behind the counter. Will not come again, and don't recommend this store for anybody.

Lost a lottery scratcher, i bought a lottery scratcher today and the guy behind the counter claims to have put it "in the bag" and after arriving home after 10-15 minutes have passed i checked the bag eventually and there was no ticket to be found. I checked it multiple times, my car, parking lot and anywhere else it could be but turned up empty handed. I confronted him about it but couldn't get it replaced or anything he just said random nonsense even when i tried asking if i could speak to someone else. Thats money down the drain. Make sure you all check your bags before you leave cause i smell something fishy at play here.

I stop here often for snacks & energy drinks since I do a lot of driving for work. At least once or twice a week. While I was waiting for the employee to run some lotto winnings for the customer in front of me, I asked if I could use the restroom (that is clearly visible & had no "out of order" signs on it). The employee told me NO & continued to ring up the other customer. Maybe it was out of order & there's just no sign. But he could have explained that. I have medical conditions that require me to be able to use the bathroom when I need to & by everything I could see, I should have been able to use the public restrooms here. And yes, I was making a purchase today as well!
