This is my favorite 24-hour fitness in Sacramento. Rarely must I wait for equipment. There are a lot of pretty things to look at while working out, and it has a full suite of amenities, including basket ball courts, calisthenics area, and coed wet area. It is not fancy, it is not sophisticated, but I can lift weight, shoot hoops, and relax in the sauna without being offended or cowded.

I've been going here for years. Nearly 20 years off and on. The weights are an absolute mess. They are all over the place. It is sad that customers don't properly re-rack weights; however, why aren't the staff cleaning up the weights and putting them back?

Friendly staff, plenty of machines, high ceiling, air-conditioning works. Could be cleaner, but not horrible. The older ladies in the whirlpool & going to aqua class seemed friendly.
The water in the pool looked almost cloudy, however, not crystal clear, like it needs to be changed out. A few cardio machines should also be removed from the wall near the pool, because not having an aisle along the wall is a fire safety hazzard.

I’ve been a member now for 8 years and have witnessed the gym progressively go down hill. I’ve written to them twice with no reply. It’s dirty. The changing room is disgusting. The bathroom is worse than a porta potty. There’s alway used paper towels all over the gym equipment and floors. The paper towel dispenser are continuously empty. And the same equipment that was broken and in disrepair is still broken. There is always all least 6 treadmills out of service. I went to 4 different elliptical machine express finding one which worked. Once upon a time the staff would fo around the gym on the hour and help put weights back where they belong and clean up. And although there are a few good ones there, most of the staff spends there time at the front desk having a party and joking around. I rarely leave a review good or bad. But you should know before spending your money here, what it is you’ll get. I only continued to come here so to its location and convenience to my home. No more. I will spend a few more minutes on the road to go to a gym with a clean facility and equipment that works. Thanks 24 for never reaching out to a loyal customer.

Gym is trash they don’t even open until 5 am an they are late every day I’m currently outside waiting for them to open lol they can’t even show up on time they hire immature teenagers place is dirty an no one cleans sauna is closed at least 2 days a week an also smells terrible

William is Amazing, he is very well versed in what we need. He was a joy to train with. Safety is his concern for each member. Taylor is a great addition to the gym. She had a lot to deal with and she is getting the gym back to shape. I love working out here. Thank you, William and Taylor.

Chris is an excellent representative of the 24 Hour Fitness family.
Chris deserves this recognition, as he is professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in the fitness business.

Place is a pos. Broken machines everywhere Nothing gets fixed same machines broke for months. Close the sauna / steam room three times out of the week for 4 hours for “cleaning” but it’s never actually cleaned. Just trying to skimp on power or some bulls#!t because it ain’t to clean. Closes super early Not 24hrs have people do the so called “cleaning“ then not on our time we pay too much for. I’ve been a 24hr customer for over 15 years. Since Covid It’s been ridiculous. Paid for the last year can wait till it s up.

So far I have no complaints about this club i usually workout here or Downtown I like this one because there’s not alot of youngsters here people are actually working out but just one thing most of the clubs are already closing at 11pm or midnight this is the only one that closed at 8pm on weekends for some of us who to to church and run errands during the day is hard to workout sometimes and an other thing is that your calf machine has been broken for almost one month and still haven’t fix it i see a new manager there I hope they will be able to step up on the game how hard is to call the technician of the gym and fix it , for your attention thank you!
