I had the worst experience with the store manger jason p . He was arguing with one of the security guards in front of me and my husband, and he was very, very being very disrespectful to the security guard when the security guard wanted to help him clean because the front registers were very messy. And I think that’s very unprofessional. Also, when we asked for them to tie up our shoelaces for shoes that we were gonna buy, he said that they were very busy and that they couldn’t do it for us, but yet they weren’t doing anything all he was arguing with Another employee. And he said that they don’t tie shoelaces there, but every time we’ve gone to buy shoes, they’ve always tied them up for us. Also he was rude to me and my husband.

I had the worset experience with the manager JP. He has shoulder length hair and glasses i believe. He ignored me when i went to him for help (i repeated myself 4 times before he finally acknowledged me) while he stood behind the register. I asked for his name (nicely), he refused to say his name. He said to look at his badge once he put it on instead. I guess he was just clocking in but a simple "please give me a minute" would have sufficed. He is very unprofessional, rude and i can not believe he is a manager. This is not good leadership for his fellow workers on how to properly respond to a customer when behind the register. He finally did ask what i needed but JP's demeaning attitude and lack of acknowledgement dettered me from continuing to shop here. I went to Solo Shoes instead to get myself and both my kids some shoes. We really needed shoes.

No customer service assistance. I bought four pairs of Converse (3 all white, 1 red) in different sizes for my family and didn't get any assistance when I asked about sizing. If you have questions you're basically answering them because they seem clueless. Upon check out they check the shoes sizes to avoid returns. As he was checking them, I noticed that one of the pairs (all white) was dirty. I informed the cashier that it was dirty and asked if I could get a new pair instead. He didn't say anything he just got some cleaning sprayed and wiped it off. Customer service is a top priority for shoe stores and this one failed! By the way the pair that he wiped off turned yellow the same day.

I went in to buy work shoes and the only pair in my size only had 1 shoe in the box and the display was a different size. Chris helped me out went out of his way and found some in the backroom.. Helpful polite and professional. Thank you Chris!! Customer service at it's best.
