I was so bummed that I spent 1.5 hours with Apple Care in the Apple Store and it only took 5 minutes in here to set up iPhone. Very kind, attentive friendly service with a smile. Thanks for everything!!

Paid these guys to install a new screen which didn't work immediately they put in a fake screen and FaceTime didn't work had nothing but issues that it didn't have before. Took me two hours and two trips to get my k"money back for a bad product. Such a rip off and waste of time!!! Bad business stay away!!

I was looking to get my iPhone 12 screen fix and happened to stumble across this joke of a business. Their website clearly said "iPhone 12 Glass & LCD Screen Repair - $55". I thought this was a great price. When I called to see if they had it in stock, they said, "Yes, that repair is $115". I then told him, "Your website says $55" and he said, "No, you must be mistaken. Let me check my website". NO PAL, YOU MUST BE MISTAKEN! YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THE PRICE THAT YOU ADVERTISE?! After a couple of minutes on hold, he comes back and tells me, "Yeah, that's a typo. It's $115 but for the typo, we will do it for $100." Thanks but no thanks. Buyer beware! You might see one price before you go in and another when you get there. I hope he has "fixed the typo" since this review, otherwise, he's just cheating the customers. False advertisement!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE - Freak'in life savers, I lost my cell phone and the wireless provider was making it impossible for me to get my same # on the new cell phone but Francisco saved the day and he told me "don't worry I'll take care of everything". A couple of hours later that day he had my new cell phone and all my contacts. I have been a loyal Wireless Pro's customer for over two decades, there is no other place I would ever trust with my cell phone needs.EXCELLENT WORK PONCH

I have one issue other than that service is fast and they fix my lcd screen good everytime at a good prize. There helpful and seem like nice people. My issue is i take my phone because my lcd screen needs to be replaced. Everytime they ask for my password . I used to fix phones and not once I needed customers password. Now when I receive my phone back tech or Owner said you have to wait over 13 minutes because phone was disabled. Now thats weird
