“I'm still giving them 5 stars! Sadly had to come here again due to a leak on one of my tires. Came without an appointment the day after new years because I was going back to work the next day and have a 40 minute commute minimum and didn't want to risk driving like that or on a donut. We were given an approximate time of a 3hr wait. So we decided to go to Costco and shop in the meantime. Came back and my car was already in one of the bays, the guy taking care of my car was super nice and actually let us load my trunk with our Costco buys while my car was lifted :) We were out of there in a much faster time that we anticipated and they brought my car out to the front. Still recommend for tire services after all these years!”

“I came in needing an oil change and a tire rotation. I didn’t have an appointment and when asked, they said I’d probably wait 60 to 90 minutes. Ok. Imagine my surprise when they called 45 mins later to say it was all done! Yay me! Also, I sometimes take my car to the dealership because it’s really close to my house. When I get my car back THEY ALWAYS SAY I didn’t need a rotation. (I figure they just don’t want to do it) Drives me bananas. At Evans, the hey just do what I ask. I appreciate that.”

They're efficient as well. I needed a spare because I got a nail in my tire. They had one in my price range and changed it super quick. I came back days later to get my new tires installed. Again, everyone was super friendly and they treat you like their own niece or daughter.”
