Daniel and his team were such an integral part in making sure my first time home buying process was seamless!!! I will forever refer any friend and/or family within the San Diego area to him. Daniel and his team have helped us with refinancing our home it was a difficult time during covid days but they were efficient and diligent, we were able to get through the process.They also helped us acquire our vacation home. I was very nervous and confused and I didn’t know where to start in the process of buying a home. Daniel was a real life saver! He was very responsive , professional and patient helping me with each step along the way. Always there to answer my questions throughout the whole process making it so much easier. I cannot recommend WCM or any of their staff I interacted with. The documents they provided had errors which were not fixed and I was asked to sign documents regardless. They were late for my closing date, did absolutely nothing to try and remedy that situation. At every turn the blame was placed elsewhere than them. It made for an incredibly stressful situation I was stuck managing. It's also very disheartening to see such utter lack of professionalism in this industry. It was difficult to get returned texts, calls, or emails without lots of follow up. They could have remedied this by being transparent, honest, and owning up to their mistakes and tried to fix those moving forward. Sadly none of that actions were taken.

Daniel and his team helped us with our very first home purchase. They explained the process and quickly answered all of the questions that we had. During escrow, he had to take a leave of absence but quickly set us up with Ben and still managed to keep in touch throughout. On top of that, they were able to get us in with a lower interest rate than we expected. Daniel is a great loan officer and we appreciate everything that he and his team did to get us into our very first house.
