This is the 3 time the bank closes before the time posted 13 and doors are locked at 1140 am not to happy about that :( the service here is not to bad the few times that I have been here but the other bank otay lakes is great and leaves the door open till the time posted

Ricardo Lizarraga is the best banker I have worked with so far. My uncle lost his wallet, which holds his wellsfargo credit card. When we try report a lost to avoid fraudulent transactions, difficult is the least I can say. I tried calling the credit card department many times with zero help. On top of that, he doesn't speak any English. We are left with no choice but to visit a local branch office. There I meet Ricardo to help us successfully cancel the card and update information with ease.

I've been a Wells Fargo bank customer for 13 years and have always had great experiences. I came to this branch 15 minutes right before closing on a Friday because I didn't know they weren't open on the weekend. I walked in and I was in shock because the line was super long! At least 12 people on front of me. And I was like crap! This will take for ever! Surprisingly, the tellers were super fast to help everyone and I got out of there before they had to lock their doors. They were very polite, service was fast and they were great! Def coming back to this branch if I need any in branch services

Every month I make a transaction and the wait is ridiculous. Only one teller and two man in an office looking at their cell phone!!!

Worst branch .. they never have more than 1-2 people working there at a time . Longest lines with poor. Is timer service they just ignore you .. sitting there typing away at the desk with a line out the door and one person teller .. every time I go, I asked why not more and her answer was no one wants to work , we are hiring , but it's very hard to get a job here. Wow some branches are staffed and done left with bare bones: lame! Don't go on a Friday or pay day or the 1st ...

Manager is always rude and with a stank face , I came in a couple minutes before they closed and she said I couldn't come in , when I had to cash in a check to pay my rent . This location sucks , never fails.

Well Fargo Bank at birch rd Otay Ranch service rep. Kimberley wasn’t willing to help answering my questions and have rude approach. I am Wells Fargo customer goes back 1988. I am not happy Wells Fargo treatment south San Diego and thinking to change my banking.

Not enlighten tellers, the "manager" was sitting just without doing anything seeing at the teller from her chair another person left, we were like 3 in line and one teller with a client that needed a lot of help We just need to deposit, in union bank all the people try to help so you don't have to wait I asked this lady if there was someone else to help and she said I have to wait for my turn there is one teller She was doing NOTHING!!!!!!
