Wound up in a position that I had to use this particular Wells Fargo and I might have just had a one off bad experience but I would never come back under any circumstance. The teller that helped me was rude, arrogant and apathetic all in one which is not a great way to be when you are in customer service. The teller was younger woman with short semi curly hair that was something between blonde and orange with a visible Tatoo on her right forearm. I mentioned that a form she asked me to fill out was not requested from me from the other two Wells Fargo's I frequently go to in La Mesa and La Jolla. Her response was curt and said they were all wrong. She could have said it was a store policy but I truly doubt the other two banks got it wrong. Either way the attitude she gave was awful and you could tell she absolutely hates her job. One apple can ruin a bunch and I feel bad for the people that have to work with her. Would give 0/10 but it's not possible.

Terrible branch. There are currently 8 people in line. Multiple more at the inside atm. ONE TELLER!And the service at that is extremely slow. Multiple employees in here milling about at desks. But one teller. Terrible.

Dont use the ATM Drive thru at night! There is alot of criminal activity and people camping next to the ATM! In fact avoid it people next to ATM have a face cover! Its unsafe and dont expect things to change!

Daniela so called helped me. She is the one who assisted me in depositing a couple business checks. She said, you know you can deposit these checks through Wells Fargo mobile app right? I replied, yes, I’m aware, but decided to come in today. Additionally, I told her that my husband is old fashioned and like things to be done the old fashion way. She seemed as though she was disappointed. She was very rude! She didn’t even say thank you and have a good day! I left upset. When I left, I searched Wells Fargo and found the bank that I just left from. I spoke with Bonnie. Bonnie was the manager. She was as rude as Daniela was! She hung up on me. She didn’t event allow me to finish expressing my concerns. HOW RUDE! If I could give no stars, I would.

The service they provide is very bad, I didn't like Daisy's attitude at all and she made me feel in a not very safe environment, to be honest, and it is not my first bad experience with this bank and I hope they can do something about how they treat the clients.

I've been a customer over 20 years. I asked for a box of pennies and they said no. When a few weeks ago a came in and they gave me one. Not very friendly and rude. Other wells fargo say just one and that I can also order them.

Very slow , no sense of urgency . There's another guy in the back just staring . Really isn't doing anything . No assistance , this place needs to step it up . Other Wells Fargo's have urgency .

This is my go to bank. Never had issues. Apparently they have changed the hours of their locations fairly recently. So if you work all day weekdays and can't make before 12pm that's on you. Hours on the door don't reflect hours online yet either .

First time iv been turned away trying to break change or get quarters just because I'm not a member of their bank. Silly. No sorry or even have a good day. This must be why I don't know anyone with an account with WF.
