I just waited a whole hour pregnant in the hot sun in my car just for them to cancel all my orders. i checked in, called in, even spoke to 2 people in person, went and spoke to the manager Lupita and she was extremely loud and disrespectful blaming me for the cancellations. Cant believe she would talk to a pregnant women in that manner honestly made me cry. This cancellation issue has happened 4 times now, PICK UP DRIVERS BEWARE!!!!

I had an excruciating headache and went ti the medicine isle where the medication I needed was locked (understandably due to theft) so we pressed the “help” button and patiently waited for 10 minutes. After no one came we walked around and found a lady wearing the Walmart vest and asked her if she could help but all she said was “I don’t have a key” and walked off. We pressed the button another 7 or 8 times along with other clients that needed help as well to Jo avail. There were some gentlemen unloading products and we asked them for help. They said they were going to get someone to help and again, nothing. We pressed the button again another 3 times and saw a man walking past us pushing a cart. My husband asked if he could get Simone to help and he pulled out a key and after 30 minutes we got what we needed. Had my husband not stopped h we would have waited who knows how much longer. This is terrible. If you have buttons make sure someone is attending to them promptly.

Half of the cash registers are self check out. And probably 30% are open. While the regular registers only have 50% of them open.. ?♂️ meanwhile long and slow lines..

Love this store it's always so convenient and affordable I love the great value brand it's generic but quality especially their ice cream butter pecan is delicious and affordable

This was the worst chicken I bought, it’s pre-heated and it’s texture is hard, and honestly, my kids couldn’t even eat it at all, I had to throw it away, I just bought it 20 minutes ago. Very bad.

Every time I come to this Walmart all of the self checkouts are off and there’s two registers open and there’s lines into the aisles. Also I’ve noticed they have one to two people working in customer service with over 7-10 people waiting in line. I try calling to complain or ask for more cashiers and of course they do not answer the phone.

Thee worste wally world I been too, store associates are rude the stockers and shoppers get mad when you are in there way....not sure what happened to courtesy and respect but this place has none, and most of them don't even speak english.
