Confusing work flow. Despite 9hrs earlier initiated pick up, meds not ready. Walmart doesn't honor coupon prices when inventory doesn't support full prescription?! Bummer. Masks and plastic barriers make communication for customers pretty hard.

Pharmacy closed in the middle of the day for lunch. The lady that help me said 15 min I'll be ready but instead it was closed for lunch ... please update the hours it will be a big help

They’ll send your meds back without warning even if they’ve been ready for only a couple of days. Call before you arrive or you’ll waste your time and be told to come back 24 hours later.

Disappointingly, the pharmacy tech was rude and was reading aloud patient medications. I didn't appreciate hearing what folks around me are prescribed, as I stood waiting for my prescription. In other words, patient-level information was clearly identifiable and in clear HIPAA violation.

Terrible with PHOTOS! DO NOT COME HERE!!! So disappointed on three different occasions that they confirm orders and waste your time going to pick up and it's the same story. Machines broken, out of printing material, and every other excuse in the book. The manager should be on top of ordering supplies to ensure they are prepared at all times. Have more material in stock ready to go! Graduation photos ruined. Anniversary photos ruined. I've learned my lesson. To avoid the hassle and heartache, don't trust Walgreens for a special occasion. At least this location.

We don't normally go inside the store. The pickup service is great and I'd give that 5 stars alone! However, we just walked in since we only had a few things to grab. To start we were looking for horseradish. We walked through three isles and asked 2 different workers where it was and were led to the wrong spot. We finally found it somewhere no worker told us to go to. Then we were looking for a garage door remote. Again, we walked through 10 different isles. Asked a worker where to find one (mind you it took that many isles to find a worker as well). She looked it up and actively tried to find it for us which was nice. But again, she led us to two different isles where it was recorded to be, and no where to be found. How's a store supposed to work if not even the workers know where to find items? It makes this place so frustrating to go to. Never again. Walmart pickup will always be my choice from now on.

This place is horrible to shop at now. They have literally tried to lock everything up. They have the legos and some portions of the arts and crafts locked up! It's really ridiculous. I only try to come if there are no other options. Not only are many ridiculous things locked up they try to scan your receipt upon you leaving...sorry I don't wait for that! I don't pay a membership for your store therefore you aren't required to scan my receipt. I'm not a criminal and shopping at your store is a headache. The store is almost always never stocked with items anyways. Oh not to mention you HAVE to purchase any cosmetic items in the cosmetic section( they have their own cashier and have made it to where you cannot take carts into that area). If only Walmart made that much effort to treat their employees better!
