i want to make it clear that i don't ever think that i would be writing a review of a store. but, unfortunately a team lead but not manager called Elsie wwh claims to be above law and order and instead of handling simple walmart policies she is willing to humiliate anyone who dares to speak against her behalf even if you have the Walmart handbook and policy where it states that if an item on walmart.com is not the same prize the lead or manager can check through their own phone and see that there is a major price change from online to what was on the counter i came specifically for a 300$ monitor and one of her employees who had already brought out the screen i wanted to get he was just new so he did not know how to price match items online if they are sold by Walmart and no thirds paty member it is clear as day for any walmart manager to make appropriate change and make the customer experience positive rather than negative by telling me to stop being poor and if i only had cash to go buy a visa debit card and buy the monitor online if you want it so dam bad. i told her that she is in violation of Walmart code and she pressed onto ask me what exactly was she violating so i showed her that first of all no manager is supposed to address a customer in such way that she did. also if Walmart does not price match third vendors only walmart.com she could had advice me of that instead of making me judged as she painted a poor image on me from all the customers watching. us argue so she proceeded to take her phone out and i don't know if she is physically. Incompetent to do the job or fulfill the wishes that the company demands from her to complete under her scope of work but due to her authority & passive aggressive attitude that she even had the audacity to give me a phone number supposedly so i can call and complain against her because i was confused on why it says THAT ANNA IS THE MANAGER ON THE RECIEPT WHEN ELSIE CLAIMED SHE WAS THE MANAGER IN Their STORE EVEN GOING AS FAR AS TO ANSWERING THE PHONE Call that i made to complain in which she thought i did not know it was her answering me and making herself pass as HR and promising a gift card for the bad experience. the only mistake i made was giving her my email so she spammed me with emails telling me that i have aids our that . i have viruses i am a cybersecurity specialist AND IU WAS ABLEE TO TRACK DOWN WHO SENT ME THOSE EMAILS AND OFCOURSE LIKE ANY OTHER INCOMPETENT WORKER WHO THINKS THEYRE BOSSES COMPLETELY ````````````````TINBG VERRIZON. NOW I REALLY HOPW THE STORE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT ELSIE OR I HAVE ENOUGH VIDEOS, HER PHONE RECORDING WITH ME, I HAVE HER MAKING FUN OF ME TO HER COWERKERS AS I PAYED SELF CHECKOUT WITH HER BREATHING BEHIND MY BACK TO SEE IF I Payed for a 6$ basket instead of getting a 300 monitor. "Buyer Beware" Walmart New Return Policy. Anyone buying apparel at Wal-Mart any type of clothing or shoes you will not beable to return or exchange for any reason. I bought a pair of work boots took them home and decided I wanted the color brown instead of black.The boots had never been used or taken out of the box. I tried to exchange them 12 hours later and was told they don't return apparel.I have been shopping Wal-Mart for 20+ years and know this has never been the case. I was told there are signs outside when you come in and at the register. I asked them to show me a sign that says no returns post by the product. They could not. I don't no about the average person but I am not looking for signs posted outside when I am walking in a store or small signs taped on side of a display at a register. I had to talk to two managers before saying I am not leaving till I can talk to the store manager. I had been in retail for 30 years and managed many retail stores. This is why it was so upsetting to me the way Wal-Mart was treating their customer. The store manager Victor refused to do a exchange or return. I was told to go online and file a return and see what happens. This was at the Wal-Mart @ 75 North Broadway Chula Vista Ca 91910

Worst service ever... if you are in a hurry and need something as an Emergency go here. People here act as if they are doing you a favor maintaining business. I guess as employees they forget thanks to us "customers" they ate able to maintain their position. Im taking my business back to Target.

Choose pick up, no one said you would have to wait in main line and when you retrieve your items if you need a basket you have to leave and make line again. Also Walmart will not provide you with bags for your items. I had multiple items including a 24 can of soda which the associate didn't mention of course not that they dropped it already and 2 sodas were already busted so when I was about to load it in the trunk they fell thru soaked cardboard bottom spilling onto pavement in front of 2 workers who did not assist nor offer me ANYTHING. Needless to say I was already embarrassed I didn't go inside to ask for new product BUT I did email them all I got was a ride email about learn how pick up works, I need to post that email..no new product, no reimbursement no nothing..Never returning to this Walmart the whole system at this location is a joke,especially purposeful crude actions of employees by putting damaged goods as your pick up!
