I just waited 30 minutes in line to buy a jumper cable that was locked up. Asked 5 PEOPLE FOR HELP to unlock the cabinet for me to buy. I left. This is the most incompetent Walmart management team I have ever witnessed. I will NEVER return.

Waiting all day for an online delivery for the second time. Calling all day and not a single department answers the phone, obviously it's taught procedure to not answer the phone if every extension is being ignored throughout all hours of the day. What happened to people showing up to work and doing their job? Honestly I see why people steal from here. I feel like I've been robbed so why wouldn't I go steal back? Smh

Last week, at checking out, when scanning, two of my grocery items had higher prices than their price tags. The walmart employees didn't even bother to go and check the real tags prices and I didn't buy any of those two items. Today after almost a week, out of curiosity, I picked those two items again and when scanned they still had higher prices than their real tag prices! Called an employee and asked to remove those items from my shopping list. I told him, they had higher prices than their tags. This time, that employee reduced the prices for me.This store is my walmart local store and I shop few times a week, so my shopping list is usually small and I pay attention to the scanned prices. Just God knows how many customers never pay attention to the scanned prices and literally are robbed by walmart. Like some cheap stores, this walmart's manager increases profit by stealing from the customers!? Awfully embarrassing!

July 14th ordered a tv online with the assistance of a store associate in San Diego Store H street. The order had a Same day service, so I thought. Great news! TV never arrived. I called Saturday, and they said tv on the way. Called Sunday same promise( i had to hire someone to sit with my parents to put tv in the house ) , and I'm still getting the run around from customer service. I live in SD and tried to send TV to disabled parents in LA. I called the 1800 # several times only to get disconnected or put on hold. I'm on hold now!!! I paid for a service that I never got. So, out of desperation, I allowed a "supervisor" to assist me with a new order( july 17). He explained that a delivery from the store was not the most effective. All I wanted was entertainment for my elderly parents. Not only was I overcharged for the TV, but he didn't add warranty as instructed. I asked why I didn't show up on my app , He'Manuel' replied, " Give it a minute, it will show up." I'm so frustrated with Walmart !!!!! I will post results. I'm still on hold. It's been over 20 mins

I come to this store it seems like everyday for something because as I always forget something or my husband or in laws will need something. When I first get to store immediately you are always asked to sign some type of projects for something. I would love to be able to walk in without the feeling I'm being harassed to sign , some type of form. As a former employee of the company of 23 years I know things change but something has to give . Yes I know sometimes these documents that are asked to be signed can't benefit some but dang but every day . The store it's self is a great place for me to shop and the associates for the most part are amazing and friendly.

This Walmart is conveniently located right next to Costco on East H street plenty of parking the people who work there are really helpful always have a great experience shopping at this location..

I went to Walmart yesterday evening minding my own business. Among my items I had picked up an eyebrow pencil in the cosmetics isle. I wasn't ready to purchase my items at the moment so I was still walking around. As I was about to leave the cosmetics department I hear a rude voice tell out "Excuse me, but you can't leave." I turn around realizing it was the cashier posted in that department. She basically went on and said I wasn't allowed to leave that point unless I paid for my stuff. I had told her that I wasn't ready to pay as of yet because I was still shopping for other items. And then she went on and said "Well the other other customers in line are still shopping." Basically she could have told me that the items from the cosmetics isles were assigned to br purchased there. She failed to say that. Instead she made a scene calling me out in front of everyone and I couldn't leave the cosmetics department with my eyebrow pencil unless I paid for it first before finishing my shopping. Unless I wanted to leave it with her while I shopped. I found that only inconvenient but also ridiculous. NO other store does that. What got to me was that the cashier was rude and unforgiving and basically causing a scene as she called me out in front of everyone in line in front of her. At that point I was really upset and just said never mind and left without an item I honestly really needed. I usually like that Walmart location because it's clean & not too far from where I live (and it's next to Costco). I will longer be shopping at that location of Walmart, I'm seriously requesting taking out the cashier from the beauty/ cosmetics department. If it's to illiminate overflow at the front registers I understand. But the whole rule of not letting guests hold on to their items while walking around the while shopping is ridiculous. And customer service at Walmart needs to be better evaluated and trained to treat each guest with honor 'and respect (I felt that I received quite the opposite). Not making them feel stupid in front of others making a scene. My only regret is that I didn't get the cashier's name. As a former Customer Service advocate myself working at Target we ALWAYS put the guest first. And definitely did not treat them disrespectfully. Yesterday really upset me. My incident happened around 7pm Monday April 10,2023. Please look into that. Thank you

Delivery Review: Although delivery was "attempted once on the 15th, it is now the 17th and never re-attempted again. Money is not released either and nobody is answering the phone!!! Why Do I not attempt to go to the store to fix my issue??? Perhaps I NEED DELIVERY BECAUSE I AM SICK!!!

Great same day delivery for groceries and supplies. Even got cough drops and Kleenex delivered. Be sure to click the DO NOT SUBSTITUTE box, just in case they are out of the exact item you want. I just even ordered my Thanksgiving grocery items and had them delivered! I did the free 30 day trial for grocery delivery. I'm going to keep it for $8 a month, unlimited delivery. Groceries delivered to my door! TP and deodorant too! Try the free 30 day offer. No more lugging groceries in and out of the store to car. Car to house. I do tip the driver in cash. I prefer that over tipping on the cc.

Went to rancho del Rey Walmart off h street in Chula Vista . I didnt realize I was in the 20 items or less lane. I definitely had over 20 items but no one else was formed behind me. I was politely reminded by cashier ILIA. She still took care of me with a great attitude and made me feel welcomed. A+

I am really upset with Walmart. I am a disabled senior citizen and it's difficult for me to get around town. So when Walmart started heavily advertising free delivery free delivery free delivery I thought I would give it a try. Everything was going fine for the first several months although they'd leave the bags of groceries on your front porch without any itemization without any receipt without anything notifying what you got what you didn't get etc etc. Then one day I was notified by my bank that my account had been overdrawn completely my last dollar drain. Apparently Walmart had decided to go in there by themselves without authorization without knowledge of what they were doing and just Place holds on your funds or send funds away to unknown third parties I was absolutely distressed I had no idea that Walmart would have the audacity to go into someone's account unilaterally without anybody's authorization and take out money. Then they passed me around almost 37 different customer relations people and nobody would help me even though they said they would do everything they could to rectify this. They have taken almost $1,000 from a well social security recipient and refusing continuing refuse to return back the money I'm very very disappointed in Walmart because I used to go there all the time spent thousands of dollars in their stores and trusted them completely. They really let me down
