Terrible service, they are not friendly, they are arrogant, you ask them for help and they don't give it to you, I spoke on the phone, they put me on hold and at the last they hung up on me, we went to get the medicine and it was ready, they made us fill out a lot of paperwork waiting for an hour and the medicine is ready ✅ I with COVID, they don't feel sorry for you in the end they didn't give me the medicine because the system crashed but that was a lie because everyone came for their medicine and they really gave it to them, it's one of the worst places ever again I ordered medication from those pharmacies, they treat you very badly just because I am Mexican American, a lot of discrimination, I can't believe it.

I asked a pharmacy employee when does the flu season/vaccine (Jan 2024) timeframe end or past the point of necessity. I received the typical “I don’t know” and proceeded to type in the computer without following up to assist with the info in case I wanted the flu shot.

?? Disappointing Experience at Walgreens ??I am deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at the Walgreens located on I street . As a loyal customer and a person of color, I expected to be treated with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, my recent experience left me feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and even racially targeted.I visited the store to return some items, a process that I have done without any issues in the past. However, this time, the cashier adamantly refused to give me a cash refund, stating that it was store policy. This surprised me because I have returned items for cash at this very Walgreens numerous times before.When I requested to speak with the manager, hoping to resolve the situation and understand the alleged policy, I was met with a cold and dismissive response. The manager, who identified himself as the manager, refused to provide any evidence of the policy or even engage in a constructive conversation.The way I was treated was not only disrespectful but also deeply hurtful. I was left feeling humiliated and even shed tears of frustration. To experience such treatment right before Christmas, a time when kindness and understanding should prevail, is truly disheartening.I implore Walgreens to examine the behavior of their staff and ensure that no customer is subjected to such treatment. Discrimination of any kind has no place in our society, and it certainly should not be tolerated in a retail establishment that claims to value its customers.I sincerely hope that this incident can serve as a catalyst for positive change within this Walgreens location. I am a native Chula Vistan, and I was in town visiting my family. I'd forgotten to pack my replacement continuous glucose monitor... I'd left the new one at home in Las Vegas. I spoke to a very nice man at the pharmacy On the morning of October 17th; he could NOT have been more helpful. He really was lovely. Imagine my surprise when I went in around or just after noon, (when Mr.sweet man told me my RX would be ready), and a woman named Gloria was waiting to 'help' me. Gloria was so unfriendly and rude, almost menacing, that I actually felt a little nauseous after being subject to her vitriol. My RX hadn't been ready but that wasn't a problem at all- we left, and I just decided to come back later. When we returned much later, in fact EIGHT hours later, in hopes that maybe Gloria had gone home, I sent my sister and aunt in to pick up my my cgm for me. I just couldn't bear the thought of being talked down to by Gloria again, if she happened to still be there. This person needs some very serious lessons in customer service and an attitude adjustment. What if she had behaved this way to my mom, or my grandma??? Not ok.

Extremely long wait straight out of the hospital. Was missing a prescription. I had to call the hospital a few times. I really didnt have the strength to do that or the energy to wait so long. Longer than an hour. I have been going to cvs ever since. Fast, accurate service. Wont be back here.

I called Heather Friend make sure the drive-through window was open. The pharmacist also grabbed some over the counter items i needed. When i got to the window i had a pleasant experience. Photo has hours that were posted.

SO grateful for the quick turnaround on my medication by the pharmacy staff at this location. I was on vacation and fairly desperate for my asthma inhaler. The first Walgreens was out of the medication, and it would take a day to order it. But, the pharmacy staff member I spoke to offered to call this Walgreens and have them fill the prescription. I was notified in less that half an hour that my medication was available. I really appreciate the quick work on this.

ordered online 1 day shipping, ordered 3 acne creams it was a buy 2 get one free and only one came in the mail, called the 1800 number and they actually picked up relatively quickly, but they told me to call the store directly, upon calling the store, customer support continued to pick up and instantly put me back on hold a total of 8 times, i could hear them physically lift the phone up and put it back down every time they picked up, after finally picking me up one of the pharmacy workers said that i had to talk to the front desk and transferred me to the front desk which then did the same process of picking up and putting me back on hold and when they finally picked up they sent me back to the pharmacy line where I once again had to listen to them physically pick up the phone and put me back on hold numerous times. In the end after getting put back on hold numerous times and after picking up they just told me to call the 1800 number which had told me to call the store.fuck you Walgreens

This location is convenient the cashier is friendly but this is about my experience with the pharmacist name Angela her appearance and manner was very Unprofesional so I didn't realized she was the pharmacist she kept complaining about not having help as in excuse for kept making mistakes and interring the wrong imfo , some people turn around and left I waited for ever even though the order was already called in and I was told it was ready , but it wasn't ready at all ! Finally she said the insurance wasn't covering half of the prescriptions , unbelievable !!! after going back and forth my dr transfer the prescription somewhere else which was filled immediately completely covered by insurance and the pharmacist was very confident in what she was doing , I would never go back to Walgreens pharmacist Angela or recommend as long as she's there as this was a life threatening and crucial to get the medication immediately !
