Unfortunately, This location is the worst Ive ever been to. Daniella was not helpful at all. If she is not willing do help customers, to fulfill their prescribed medication, then she is in the wrong job. Moving to a different farmacy.

Be prepared to wait 45 minutes or more. Drive-through is often closed. I've been there twice when their online systems crashed. Once their phone lines were completely down. Often they are down to one computer despite 5 pharmacists behind the bar. If you call, you're guaranteed to be put on hold. Today when I managed to speak to someone, she was incredibly impatient and nasty even though I was calling from a patient and kind place. I'm transferring my prescriptions elsewhere, this place is a joke.

Only one cashier at the pharmacy, there was 5 people ahead of me and 11 people behind me. It took 45 minutes in line before I was next . Unbelievable!!! Also the store wasn't fully stocked, I kind of thought maybe going out of business??? But no that wasn't the case.I hope the other Walgreens stores have better service.

The pharmacy sucks. They always screw with me and tell me my prescriptions are ready but when I get there I have to go back two or three hours later to pick them up they are almost never ready. Do not use this Pharmacy!

All Walgreens are pretty horrible but this one in particular is the worst. Extremely slow and uncaring when approached.

PHARMACY SUCKS!!!! Never have my meds in stock! I have the same meds every month.. why can't they have it ordered before for the people who gave the same meds or just order a lot geez!! When I call I get hunged up on.. I hate calling them, I been doing the work to keep up with my meds!! I loved Walgreens, been loyal esp they my local pharmacy but now it's time to say bye bye..! Btw staff are so rude.. and unprofessional!

Wallgreens pharmacy used to have the best service, prescriptions always on time, no wait in line, great service. Now days, you go spent 10 to 15 minutes in line to find out your prescription is not ready. You need to wait ir come back the next day. Or you can call to find out if it's ready. Unfortunately nobody at the pharmacy answers the phone. No enough employees or not enough effort to give a good service. I miss you Walgreens pharmacy. Get it together:(

Just called to ask questions regarding my prescriptions at the pharmacy, first call was 12 minutes long and was on hold. I was finally first in line and they hung up on me. I immediately called back and waited 4 minutes before my turn in line. Then it rang for 3 minutes and was hung up on again. Unacceptable for someone who has been using this pharmacy their whole life. Will be moving my prescriptions to another walgreens location that has better customer service.

DO NOT COME HERE for Covid-19 PCR-Test especially if you are doing it for Travel purpose. We missed our flight because the test result still hasnt come out even after 72 hrs. We keep on checking the patient's portal and it its telling us that our samples still havent received by the Lab. So we called the Pharmacy, they said they don't know why the Sample hasn't arrived yet. We didnt even get any compensation for the problem they caused us. Negative Five Stars if there's any.

I made a COVID appointment and was told some lies about CDC guidelines and that they didn't have the vaccine. I went next door to a CVS where they told me otherwise and we're happy to vaccinate me.

We were schedule to get vaccinated and the lady told us that they don’t have the boosters and that was not true and she was with the worst attention that I have experienced this lady does not belong taking care of customer worst experience ever ?

I had dropped off prescription for an antibiotic (amoxillin). During drop off, I had stated that I will pay out of pocket since my insurance with Kaiser and did not want to go all the over therr. I was told that that is fin e and to come back in 30-45 minutes. I came back and after waiting bit longer, went up to desk to ask if it was ready. They that they didnt have insurance info etc. I had to wait to restart my order.UPDATE:After nearly 2 hrs since initial drop off, I finally got mine. I was in the line ready to take back my prescription to take it elsewhere. I witnessed 5 other customers complaining how they too had to wait unreasonably so long.When they tell you that it may take 30-45 minutes, it really means to take hours! I had to repeat 3 times going to up to the counter to clarify that I was paying out if my pocket. I spoke in English but no one seemed have understood that.

horrible service staff literally makes you wait in your car while you see them talking & laughing! most of the time they say they have to order medication they don't have in stock! I would never recommend this pharmacy it should get closed down since it is obvious the staff doesn't want to work!
