Got a passport photo after asking if they could do a photo for German passport and being told they could. They had a book that supposedly gave the measurements required for passports outside of the United States. Got the $19 photos and made a hotel reservation and an appointment at the Los Angeles consulate. They are on a tight deadline there, as it's the only consulate south of San Francisco, but they took pity on me when the photos were the wrong size and instead of sending me home they allowed me to get new photos at their $5 Photo Booth and had me wait for an opening.Do yourselves a favor and don't get passport photos here. It's far too important to screw up and far too expensive to travel to the consulate and as it turns out, if you need photos for the German consulate in LA you can get ones that meet the requirements for 1/3 the cost.

I was holding to speak to someone for 45min for drugs that’ve been “processing” for three days, and someone comes on and hangs right up.... that was poor. As customers, we should get some communications or updates with regard to delays of scripts as a professional courtesy. Don't drop your comms.

Honestly. If you need to pick up meds just choose another pharmacy. Idk if they are short staffed or what but it's always EXTREMELY slow. My prescription is ready. Why is it taking so long?

They were closing and I’m straight out of hospital with bad kidney infection. They filled the script and I realized I didn’t give them the one I actually needed and they still filled it having to stay late after closing. This is a great pharmacy and staff.

I saw many of the low reviews for this pharmacy. I was visiting from out of state and needed my prescription filled from another Walgreens. Service was great, staff was very pleasant and courteous. They took my information and in 15 minutes I had a text telling me my RX was ready. Very good experience.

The pharmacy has very poor customer service. Customer service members are rude and what is the point of having appointments if you have to wait over 40 minutes to be seen

Came to a scheduled Covid test. Is drive thru as instructed. My appointment is at 12 noon and I arrived at 11:30 am. It is now 12:30 and line does not move. Terrible experience. Do not come to this location. Very unorganized and inconsiderate of peoples time.

Employees here are so patient especially the ones in pharmacy. The line could get long but they can still manage, even with upset customers. I like this location mainly because it's walking distance from our home.

Pharmacy was horrible. Took forever to get medications filled and then was charged although it should not have for generic medications. The gentleman who helped me even ask the pharmacist are you sure and I over heard the pharmacist just charge her. I paid it because I did not want to wait for the medications as it already took 5 days.

The pharmacy is clearly short staffed and I’m honestly so fed up. It’s an afternoon commitment to pick up a prescription. It can take literal days of calling to get someone on the phone to determine if the prescription is even ready. Today my doctor sent my script to the wrong location and for whatever reason it now wasn’t able to be filled at this one. It was lovely finding that out after waiting in line for a hour.If Walgreens as a company would stop short staffing and pay for the amount of employees needed to fill the demand maybe it wouldn’t take an entire afternoon to find out my prescription isn’t even at that location.

I was at the pharmacy with a line of 30 mins to get my prescription meds. They told me to comeback in two hours to pick it up. When I came back, there's a line inside of the pharmacy, so I decided to go out and used the drive thru instead (Thats after 15mins waiting inside the pharmacy). Once I get to the window, they told me my prescription meds is over the counter and its not covered by my insurance (30mins in the drive thru waiting), I was going to pay it but they didn't prepared it. They told me to go back again for another 30mins. I wish they told me my meds is over the counter to begin with. If this store were well trained and cared about their customer, they could have gave me a courtesy call and warned me about it. They wasted my time, I hope you don't waste your time with this Walgreen. So please, don't experience my pain and stay away from this store.
