Horrible. Rude service. They had my DOB incorrect in the system when it was transferred over from Rite Aid. After going round and round as if I was the one that entered it in their computer, they claimed it was resolved. The next two times I want to get my prescription, I had the same problem and met with the same attitude. Very snotty service as if they are doing you a favor and you have to deem yourself worthy. I recommend going somewhere else for service. AND report your issue.

Took over all Rite-AIDS customers. Got all those clients using ZERO Customer Service. Rude and entitled. Find another pharmacy. This should not just be a given for yet another HUGE corporation

Had a great experience with Ashton from the fresh deli department... Vons!!!! give this man a raise!!!! great customer service, We need more people like this in the workforce.

I went in to pick up a prescription and an older man in a blue shirt at the customer service area of Vons (not the pharmacy) said hi to me as I was walking out. I said hi back to him and thought nothing of it. While I was sitting in my car checking my prescriptions I saw him walk up to my car and start taking pictures of me with his phone through the passenger, driver side, and my license plate. I opened my window to ask him why and he walked back to the store. I then walked back to the store to ask him why he was taking pictures of me and he just denied it. It was very creepy , so I told him I was going to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager. I don't know if he was but that was very strange and inappropriate. I was only there because Rite Aid closed and they transferred all the prescriptions here. I don't understand how I have a right to privacy while I'm getting my prescriptions but a "manager" can follow me to my car and photograph me while I'm holding my prescriptions.., this should be a Hippa violation.

Says they have stuff in stock on their app. Then I go to the store and it's not in stock. Grow up and get some better logistics. Even Walmart can figure their s*** out better.

Again went to buy Hal & half and again out of stock! I like the Lucerne Ultra Pasteurized half & half. We waste more time and gas trying to get lucky to find it at our neighborhood Vons. I look for the half gallon size. Today, you didn't even have the quart size! UGH

Have been to this location only a couple of times. It is located off of Highwy 125 and found in the Eastlake Village Marketplace shopping center... if you see McDonald's in the front of the shopping complex, turn in and go straight back and you will find Vons (which I often refer to as Safeway, as it is Vons in SoCal and Safeway in NorCal).This location is always kept clean and well organized. Decidednto pickup some steaks for grilling as munchkin was craving a steak. Ended up getting. Few different cuts this time. We ate the 2 NY strip steaks tonight for dinner and the steaks are quite deceiving! I understand about "no waste" and getting the most for your buck in the sense of business.... but under those stickers you can see the gristle (which I definitely do not care for, and typically trim as we are trying to start the new year eating a little healthier... baby steps!)In any event, getting in and out of this store is easy for the most part as stop signs and a light to go left or right is easily accessible. Will definitely shop here when in the area. Staff is friendly.

I've been going to this Vons store for several years since mostly moving to Eastlake. The quality of the produce is adequate, the meat department is better than most Vons stores, and the pharmacy is excellent. Shelves are generally well-stocked, and there are plenty of experienced, professional employees who are available to help locate things. One disappointment that I don't blame on the friendly, helpful staff of the store: This afternoon I went in to buy a bottle of liquor, and was shocked to see the entire liquor aisle has been locked up, so that you have to summon an employee to retrieve any kind of distilled spirits. An employee told me that the store lost something like $130,000 in thefts of liquor alone in the past year. The person also told me that store employees are prohibited from trying to stop thieves from simply walking out the door with stolen merchandise. I found all of that that shocking, and frankly I wonder how locking up the booze aisle will make much difference unless the thefts are being attributed to underage people, and employees will be assigned to check customers' IDs before retrieving any liquor. I would appreciate any comment that Dawn or anyone else in store management would like to offer about the shoplifting situation. I thought I had moved into a nice low-crime neighborhood. It saddens me that theft could be such a big problem for a store that serves as a valuable resource for the community.

This is my go to, VONS is the boss of grocery stores. I grew up with the Bonita Vons in my life, and since my teens this Vons has replaced her. So clean, & shines with quality.

Grand re-opening for our local Vons. What does that mean? New flooring, spacious isles and more organized. Vons has always been my go to grocery store even though it's known to be a little expensive that others. The selection of meats, vegetables and food is great. It's really a one stop shop here. I really like their fresh cut up fruit and vegetables. My favorite are the Brussels sprouts with bacon. Yum! There's a new section now that has "ready meals" meaning meals are ready to cook. It could be a piece of steak with brócoli and potatoes or just potatoes with garnishes ready to be baked! Besides grabbing meats from the butcher or fresh baked bread from the bakery you can also grab fresh flowers and also your medicine from the pharmacy! Who really needs to go anywhere. Vons has it all in my opinion. Go check them out.

this review is for the delivering department, all I have to say thieves! I'm charged over $600 for a $192 order on line. being charge twice for the original order $222, since the story didn't have some of the food I ordered my order came to $192 - so my bank account was charged $222 twice and $192! that's stealing to me

I have been coming to this Vons now for years! Bel and her team are amazing. Always friendly, smiling and just great overall customer service! They are always so accommodating and helpful. I'm new to California. Why the hell do you guys have different prices for members and nonmembers. What exactly does this mean?. The prices are still too high in my opinion at the member price. And why is the doorway to the store so narrow? People entering or leaving have to Wait at the door for the person leaving or entering to get out of the way.

The employees here are awesome. They're super friendly and help you look for things. They stop stocking and actually go with you to the items location.
