pick another carrier besides verizon and the customer service at this verizon is horrible. I have been waiting for a shipping label since last month to arrive at my house and have not once received one yet I called and called and no one helps today I had the opportunity to return the item at a verizon corporate store . And was denied for no reason. My niece is my account manager and the representative at verizon on Hst was not helpful. Get some better help verizon

My kids went in to switch plans and update their phones and the Verizon representative who was “helping” them deleted my son’s phone PRIOR to ensuring all the data had transferred to the new phone. He lost everything!
The staff training at this location is obviously lacking if the representative does not understand the process enough to ensure a proper data transfer has occurred before deleting the data from the original device.

I wanted to change my phone number and was told if I added a new phone number I could get a free phone. And then i was sold on the idea of keeping my old phone number with the new phone number on my phone via an eSIM. And I was told that would cost me just five dollars per month. I asked Luis to please check and then double check to be sure that was accurate. He said it was but then upon receiving the bill they charged us $42 per month for having two phone numbers on the same phone. So today I had to cancel that eSIM phone number and it’s been quite the headache. I believe management lead Luis to say anything he needed to say to finalize the deal. He seemed like a nice young man, but then… Who knows. I just know doing business at this store caused me a massive headache. It was a waste of my time. I was suggest finding another store in the area to do business with rather than this store.

Verizon is the BEST when it comes to reliable network and extensive coverage, but it’s the employees who deserve the credit and help make it a wonderful experience.
My appreciation to “Arley” she was so attentive and helped me through the process and “George” . Thank you. This location has great people that go above and beyond.

Minerva is the worst manager! I walked in straight to look at the phone chargers and she asked how can I help? I explained how I was looking for a dual apple charger and she said I will be right back I will check the back I’ve seen those before. She came out with the single one and says I’m sorry we’re all sold out. I asked are you able to order it and she said give me a moment. I waited and she has it ready and what’s your phone number linked to your account then proceeded to say okay it’s going to be and gives me the total. I asked if she could bill my account and she said no that’s not an option. Look at my screen it only allows for cash, card or echeck. I said can you ask your co worker you may not know how to work the tablet? She said I’m the MANAGER! I then said I have a business account and in the past I had an Xbox billed to me on my next billing cycle. She then said there’s a 42 min wait, I said why didn’t you say that in the beginning instead of making me think I can’t bill a simple phone charger to my account? She didn’t want to help me. A real manager don’t do this. I know the owner will review this please review the cameras and see what customer service she is offering you have a great team here with Jorge and Alondra don’t let this manager ruin your store!!She lacks of customer service I would of waited if she wouldn’t had of lied to me. Ask Alondra and Jorge I am well known in your store. I have been a customer since 2017 with my husband.

You get what you pay for, excellent service ! Top tier ! I retreat leaving Verizon years ago, but I am glad that I am back with Verizon pretty damn happy.

Do not go to verizon ! They have hidden chargers for no reason . Also one activation fee is not one time only . They are trying to charge me $340 for 4 lines . For two phones and two watches . Changing plans now !

The WORST location I've been to. Waited over an hour to buy a phone, only for them to tell me it wasn't in stock and I had to wait a couple days to get it. I waited, no problem. I show up today, wait about 10-15 minutes, only for the girl in charge to say I was supposed to show up before 730, she claimed I was supposed to be given an appointment, but that wasnt the case. You can't waste people's time that way, especially with disdain in your tone. I walked out, and told the rep that originally helped me to cancel the order.Wasting people's time is infuriating, so much for the service industry.Verizon, hire better staff.

Really terrible customer service. I don’t remember the woman’s name because she never gave it to us but we came in to buy a new phone and walked out with nothing because of how rude she was. One of the first things she said after I told her why I was there was “you don’t have insurance” I said I know, I’m looking to buy a new phone. She didn’t lay out or explain anything, said she didn’t recommend a new line and then acted super annoyed when I asked why and asked follow up questions. She spoke so quietly that my boyfriend asked her to speak up because we couldn’t hear and she spoke even quieter. She acted like we were bothering her and was incredibly rude. We waited 20 minutes for an appointment and walked out within 5 minutes of talking to her because she was so rude. The whole time I was trying to clarify how much it would add per month and she kept just saying “the price of the phone” and when I asked her what the price was and how it was divided she just said “36 months” as if I was supposed to do the math and know the price of the phone. At one point she literally turned away and looked at another sales person and gave them a look. Truly unprofessional. Very dissatisfied.
