HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. It's been a disaster. Flora didn't know she was supposed to fill out the 8606. Input wrong numbers for my 1040 return. Kept quoting me different numbers of how much I owe in taxes. I had to call the IRS myself to keep double checking her work, only to find out it would be wrong. Definitely won't be returning. Be careful choosing your tax person.
