Got passports for 5 family members here, we had an appointment and ALL required documents so we had NO PROBLEM.
Make your appointment, take all necessary docs and it will be fine...

If I could give this location a 0 I would. I went in today during “walk in hours” for a passport application for a minor and the lady with brown, short hair who wears glasses, was extremely rude to us and said, you need an appointment I told her that the Website says they do walk ins and she’s like nope, no walk ins! I said but we also called to confirmed this and we were told over the phone that the information was accurate. She said, go to the main office and complain to my supervisor but with a mean attitude. Mind you she was doing absolutely nothing, there was only someone else behind me who also was told the same info as I was that the location did walk ins. We then both went to the 750 Oxford location and waited about 1hr to get some sort of assistance and the manager was “busy” and didn’t get any help! Then they wonder why people don’t like dealing with the post office or why positions get replaced with machines or online services! Bc people have 0 customer service ! If I could do this online for a minor I would, I hate dealing w incompetence rude people. Good luck if you need to go here, make an appt and don’t trust way the website says!

thank you katerikia! i had an appointment at 11am and got seen at 9:10 am and was done at 9:17am! They called 10 ppl and nobody showed up that’s why i was next quick!
i had all my documents ready and my application written correctly so had no issues. she was super nice and friendly i also did my daughters passports a year ago with her and she was nice as well!

I got treated horribly by the employee called Katiuaka, she was rude and when I confronted her about her attitude she started yelling at me and she told me not to go back because she wasn’t going to help me. Also in the website it says they take walk ins from 11-11:45 not true! I understand she can’t change that but she could of been nice about it! It’s all in the attitude, also there is no manager that’s why the employees are rude!!! 0/10 will never be going back

Horrible place. Do not waisted your time coming here. No body you can ask questions in regards of your appointment for a passport. I had an appointment arrived 15 min before my appointment waiting to be call as well as multiple families. You can hear the staff having a conversations but no one got call. I had to leave and come back in another time. Due my appointment at 1:30pm was not respected.

I was there today and they were close for lunch. I have never seen a post office closing for lunch. I came back at 453pm and they were closed for the day (don’t they close at 5pm) come on!!

Why is there no machine here. Other locations have multiple machines this one has none. Government needs to use their brain stop paying people to do a computers job

Wow, what a nightmare of a passport renewal experience. Whoever the lady was this past Saturday was just bothered and rude. If someone like that can work there, you can tell how low the bar is to work at that location. Every question bothered her, every answer was rude. If you can’t handle working there just quit or find a job where you don’t interact with people. Looks like I’m not the only one, look at all the recent reviews. I would recommend her to be a dog walker but I bet she would argue with the dogs too.

rudest employees ever! so aggressive and rude for absolutely no reason. please be prepared to to receive a LOT of attitude from the women helping with passport applications! if you’re unhappy working on a saturday that is not my problem find a better job!

Rudest employees ever! Very argumentative! Threatened to kick me out just for asking a question. Not sure who they think they are! They just process paperwork - Chill you’re not the US Customs… They were RUDE to everybody. Never going there again.

Staff is completely unhelpful & rude
I had an appointment already & they allowed their friends to cut ahead in line. Another staff was on break & the staff that was available didn’t help me at all. Gave me attitude & proceeded to help her friends. Staff name is Yolanda

Please fire the ladies who work there they are so rude it's a nightmare to go and see their faces it's like they are always mad . The older white guy is such a nice guy I always try to go when he is there because he is always smiling and gives the best costumer service not like the ladies who are horrible .
