There is a lady who works here who was so rude to me, she continuously cut me off when I just wanted to make sure she was sending my certified mail to the right place. Guess what, she sent it to the wrong place even after reassuring me it was correct, and I paid 20 bucks just to have it sent to the wrong place. I normally use the self service machine but they didn't have it working this time around. Dude she is so rude for what, thats so wild.

Phone rings and rings then hangs up on you. No ability to wait or leave a message, it will simply disconnect since no one bothers to answer the phone.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS PARCEL COMPANY. NO ONE SPEAKS SPANISH. THERE ARE TOO MANY COMPUTERS AND THERE ARE ALWAYS ONLY 2 PEOPLE SERVING. I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS GETTING MY PACKAGE TO MY ADDRESS. THEY JUST LEAVE ME A NOTE TO GO PICK IT UP, AND THE PROBLEM I JUST PUT ABOVE IS ALWAYS THERE.

Went to see about my mail haven't received it thought the app says so lady says there's no hold calls for a supervisor several times nobody ever came and the place isn't busy very disrespectful when it comes to mail

July 6,2024 8:05am. Came into post office to get money order's. And there was a line of about 8 people. I had gone on website to find out if my post office on Oxford was to open on Saturday and saw that 3rd Ave post office was to open at 8am. We'll it didn't. There was a employees putting mail in boxes, I ask why wasn't office open yet. He ignored me. I ask could he find out why doors aren't open. He continued to ignore me. This was around 8:30. Another employee came through and saying he would find out what going on. He took the time to come out and tell us this has happened before and he was going to report it back to postmaster. He told us that 9am was opening time. I also explained I had asked other employee and his reply was" he doesn't care". Someone need to attend to the website error and fix it. There are elderly, disabled people in this line waiting. It's disgraceful how the united states post office displays their disrespect for the people that pay their salary.
